So, new in SaaS here, and I've realized there are a LOT of SaaS "Talks" out there... I've listened to more of them than I can count! They all start the same way, "During my tenure, [company] saw a 2 trillion per cent increase in ARR... All you need to do is just be successful. Just do it, and then, you will have *done* it." " ....👏👏👏👏👏" This is the first talk I've heard that actually told me ANYthing besides another contrived rewording of a step in the pipeline. This tied a real world example into it all, and narrated what it is like to actually experience the steps on the journey to LTV... "building relationships" of that kind IS a journey. And like any relationship, if you rush it or look for shortcuts, you'll find it short lived. I needed this refocus, thank you for your time!

It was a great talk!!
A classic example of landing with user adoption, then moving to the IT and C level based on that user adoption. Nice training.
Such a great example of a company building forever transactions with the people they serve.
Great presentation!! Big value……
Quality talk
