Make your own Embossed Parchment Paper to give texture to Royal Icing Cookies.

The embossing folder I used is technically too thick for this mini machine, but if you skip the bottom black plate (normally used for the bottom bread of your "sandwich") and use a thinner plastic shim as the bottom pate plus a piece of folded over cardstock for an extra shim, you can even get thicker embossing folders to work on a mini machine.
