Appreciating unique talent is good. But dont you think that in this story the animals of the forest snd the pond were dependent on the unique talent. They needed something extra for being happy. No unique talent, no joy? They should learn to be happy with natural things just like other animals do. No beautiful singing, no flowers will grow taller? No pond sparkle with sunshine? And the sunshine will be darker? Don't you think it doesn't make sense.
