I guess I found a bug in your video. :] Static testing is less cost effective than dynamic. You explained it correctly but then in the recap you swapped it.
Wrong. Watch it again. Dynamic testing is less cost effective than static testing. If you find an error in the implentation stage and it was actually a mistake in the user requirements you have a lot cost to fix it.
