Christian Sorum has been one half of a pairing that has dominated the FIVB Beach Volleyball World Tour for the second season in a row. In 2018-19 he and Anders Mol won eight gold medals to put themselves top of the FIVB World Rankings.

I feel like christian became best defender more for his offensive abilities than his defensive skills. If that makes any sense. He is good in the backcourt - but i feel that there are other players that are just as good or even better at defending than him. His abilities to finish points though after defending and his general side out play make him so unbelievably strong and outstanding
