No Sir. Don't mixed issues. The Minister is addressing Senior Management of SAPS for the first time. Introducing himself and vice versa. He must know with whom is he going to work with. Minister is Political Head of ministry. Senior are operational members who are to deal with crime directly. On Eskom,still,the Minister is taking the accountability head on.
