IDK if y'all remember at the beginning of the episode where Cole got his own place, when his GF Rhonda told his mom, "We tried to see 'Nothing to Lose,' but it was sold out." So Cole's mom said that she has the bootleg. But that movie wasn't in theaters until seven months after that episode aired. Martin think he slick with that shameless plug. LOL

Oh I’m just getting started. Watch the episode “To Kill a Talking Bird,” in Martin’s apartment when Gina and Pam are eating ice cream a few minutes before Mama Payne’s bird is found dead. When the guys come back to Martin’s crib, Cole points at Pam and says “booty!” Suddenly Pam is spoon-feeding Cole ice cream, but on Cole’s terms, as he pulled her hand to his mouth without taking the spoon from her. Although, Tichina didn’t react in character, and instead gave him an off-guard, “boy you better stop” kind of face, but in a more loving kind of way, as if they smashed. It wouldn’t surprise me if Tichina and Carl really had something going on.
For me, the exit of John Gries and Garret Morris marked the beginning of the end for Martin.
Idk if it just me but even in the episodes Martin seemed to have genuine disdain for Garrett Morris

Fresh Prince Show Wasn't as Good without the Original Aunt Viv!!. Went from being Great to Still Really Good. Family Matters that Character barely had a Role anyway. Martin would've lasted 1 Season without Gina but not in its Prime. The End was Neat anyway.
I honestly thought the show got better after the first Viv BUT she was way better than the 2nd one at the same time.

FOX didn’t cancel the show. Martin didn’t wanna do it anymore. As far as Tisha’s lawsuit, I don’t know what to say about that. She claims she was sexually harassed but several years later she was all hugged up on Martin. I would think she would have been traumatized by the whole thing but I guess that was BS. I’m thankful for the little reunions with the cast we did have. As far as getting the band back together to do the series again. That’s a BIG NO for me!! It ain’t the 90’s no more and Martin looks like he gets shot in the ass with tranquilizer dart every morning. He has no energy AT ALL. You can’t reproduce that magic and in this social media world, people would be over analyzing every single scene giving dissertations about something that’s designed to be funny. NO THANKS. I want to laugh, not hear people complaining about black men being in dresses when Martin does Sheneneh every week.🙄I don’t wanna hear it mane.👎🏾👎🏾

When Tisha did leave it was not the same each one of them made Martin as Popular as it was. It would not be the same because Tommy would not be there. Martin was a hit because of Martin, Tisha Tommy, Carl, Tichina They are the reason Martin was and is to this day Popular and Iconic.

The show could have went on like he said but there would have to be changes. Gina was a part of the show for so long it would have been hard to replace her and when she left the energy on the show was not the same.

Martin would've been replaced her in the shows prime years. They had a great run. It was already going to end(maybe)
Martin was a very good show but personalities ended that show. They could of did five more seasons without any problem. I want to say that Martin and Tisha Campbell are the reasons for it’s early demise. Egos and most likely personal feelings brought the show down. Martin’s Ego of letting go Stan who was very very funny on that show. Was Martin jealous of Garrett Morris’s (Stan) comedic genius? Sometimes a big star begins to think another star is so good that they can take their shine. Also Tisha Campbell and Martin, were their relationship a little more than professional actors at one point, and that they were too personal with one another, and it went south when she dated Dwayne Martin? Possibly.
What ever the reason the two seem quite comfortable with each other?
I was very hurt when the show ended so soon, it was a great show that could of had a longer longevity. It’s such a shame.
