Nice house, but it's a solid hour away from San Diego.
lol that's what I was thinking when I saw the title and price... it's either way behind Poway on the way to Ramona, or Fallbrook area. Beautiful house though.
This can't possibly be a new build... It's straight out of the 90's.
Probably better. A lot of new builds are cheap.
Claiming that Fallbrook is “15 minutes from everywhere” is some of the most deceptive real estate speak I have heard in quite a while. It’s at least an hour to downtown, without traffic. Like at 3 AM. She gives real estate agents a bad rep.
I came to say the same thing! Fallbrook is far from everything actually. But that’s what I personally love about it.

your previous videos werte engaging than the new style, meaning you show the random clips and decribe it in background. In the older videos YOU were the man carrying out and describing on spot. This new trend is annoying. Please edit like the old videos. Show the house in one go
