For five what about doing 5 different genres of music? Pop, folk, grunge, Metal, jazz? Whatever 5 you think you could do 😊 please like so she can see this❤
How about a "5 senses" theme? Hearing can be a music room Taste obviously the kitchen Smell can be the bathroom (LOL) or an indoor garden? Touch can be a cozy bedroom And Sight can be the livingroom with a big tv :D Great video as always
For 5 maybe, 5 different cultures! Have a generator chose 5 countries, and get it as close to traditional as possible. It would be cool for your audience outside the US! Love your videos, can't wait to see the next one.❤
This is gold! With 5 continents, that could be a way to define a country for each and create a welcoming place for travelers (hostel / Airbnb maybe?) or an intercultural family.
I’d have loved to see the bathroom on Live Mode -wanted to see how bubbly the whole room looked. Maybe you can post a short tour as a YT Shorts? Coz you put a lot of thought into details and I feel like just seeing the result on Build Mode can be kinda static and limiting. As for ‘5’ how about each room is a different Spice Girl aesthetic? I loved the Spice Girls as a kid (even now, tbh) -Sporty, Scary, Posh, Ginger and Baby as 5 rooms would be fun.
For number 5, how about 5 rooms and 5 mins for each room? Bonus: if each room focused on one of the 5 senses (kitchen: taste, music room: sound etc). As always, loved how this built came out 🫶🏻
I think for the fire room it'd have been less intense if you'd used some orange and yellow colours, or had the walls been dark grey as a nod to charcoal. But it still looks great as-is!
For #5, Cinco de Mayo is coming up! How about a home for a family celebrating the 5th of May? 🇲🇽 The new party essentials kit could come in handy for this one 🎉 🎈
For 5 I'd like to see a randomly generated 5 packs per room so you must incorporate at least 1 item per pack for the room and try to make all the different styles flow as cohesively as possible. The other option would be to use 5 of your least favorite items in the build in a unique way. Thats one im trying with the rule that i had to use the tool mod to rotate them and try to use them in a way that makes them look like something else, i.e., a small lamp being hung upside dowm like a ceiling light or using a rug on a wall like an art piece. I did it to try and have a different perspective on pieces I didn't like. This and the alphabet are such a cool series. I've really learned a lot for my own builds from you and even made some improvements in my game design for my own video game from learning more about aesthetics and interior design from you ❤ Excellent work as usual. 🎉
Hope everything is okay, Ashley! Its been a couple weeks since youve last posted. Absolutely no worries if youve got something going on, of course! Sending you good vibes! I know we're all excited for your next upload, whenever that may be!
5 paintings-inspired room (have a sim create paintings while in 5 different moods). For added difficulty, you can only give yourself 5 minutes per room.
you should've done a rooftop garden on that weird section you struggled to roof!!! loved the video as always 😊 as for the number 5, perhaps only 5 minutes to furnish each room? can't wait to see!!!
If I were to build a concept around the number 5, I might explore its significance in various contexts, such as the five senses, the five elements, or the five stages of grief. Each of these could offer rich themes for exploration and creativity.
For the number 5, you should definitely do it based on the 5 senses. For example the bedroom can be about sight, where every item just hit your eyes. The living room can be about hearing, where you incorporate like radios, DJ station, etc. The bathroom can be about touch; where you can add textures to the walls or floor!
challange: every room must be within 5,000 budget (no more or less) btw, I usually hate fantasy-whimsy decor because it feels like I'm in a fake house but you stil somehow made it work
I feel like this would be really hard but what if you could only use items that cost some number ending in a 5. Like you can only use items that are 105, 325, 715 simoleons, etc. rather than items that cost 94, 106, or 721 simoleons. And then maybe you need to use the 5th color swatch for every item. You can use any pack you want, but you are limited by exact pricing and the swatch color. I feel like it would be chaotic in the best way. I hope you like this idea!
I love the way everything came together. I would have loved seeing a hot springs on the exterior. Idk if that would’ve fit though, but it would’ve been cool.
5 different countries/ cultures? There are a lot of packs that focus on specific cultures now. Japan, Hawaiian/ pacific islander, middle eastern, Swedish, and El Salvador
I am so obsessed with the Earth room!! It truly looks like a cozy fairy paradise! I wish I could sleep in that room, I know it’d be the most restful sleep of my life 😌
Hey Ashley, can you let us know if you will be continuing the For Rent series? I know lots of us were invested in that, and it's fine if you decided to stop it or take a break, but any kind of communication regarding that would be appreciated!
If you decide to add zero I was really hoping to see an octogenarian build. I hoped to see this when you did the letter O. Elders don't get enough love! Imagine a cute knitting room and whatever else you think would make a great build for an older person loving life!
That was a hard one i feel like as a theme, not as much as a layout! But I did wish you'd lean more into trying to make it on theme AND nice and aesthetic (even if not fully realistic) looking given this is your style and why I subscribed, rather than more caricature and exaggerated. You're the queen of gorgeous modern houses and if you did this as a modern house with those elements as touches, let's say a hippie that wanted to do this in their house, i think it would have been even cooler! x
There is a tree trunk scratching post from Cats and Dogs that would have been great for a divider because it's litterally a tree. I just think that the City Living slats are too perfectly straight for the earthy vibe.
The number 5 should be inspired by the Jackson 5. A home or venue dealing with music, singing,,dancing, cameras, party lights. The new kit would be perfect to introduce.
I have two suggestions: **Five Decor Theme Rule**: Choose five different decor themes (e.g., modern, vintage, minimalist, bohemian, industrial) and apply each theme to a specific section of the number 5 house. **Five Sim Challenge Rule**: Design the house to accommodate a family of five Sims. Each room should have enough space and amenities to comfortably accommodate all five family members.
I loveeeee the entire build!! The fire was hard & you definitely pulled it off. For 5 you could do 5 kids & 5 random packs using at least one item from each pack hehe 😈
I think it would be really cool if you do a series where you make a house that would fit in each of the states of America (different styles and setups based on those areas) you could then even do different countries or break it down even further!! I would love to see it!!
I do feel like the fire room could've included a bit more yellow or orange for the sake of variation amongst the walls and floors. I forget what sort of items there are but maybe rugs or wall lights could've pulled throught?
For #5 you should do only 5 items in each room. Like only 5 items in the bedroom and bathroom. And if it’s open concept (like the living room is with the entry way) you can still do 5 for the living and then 5 for the entry.
What if you tried to make the next build with the 5th item from each category? This is already challenging enough but I’d also be very impressed to see you incorporate the 5 minutes per room suggestion with this as well!
I kinda of want to try this challenge in Sims 3, because I don't know the objects in that game as well as Sims 4. I only have about half of the expansion packs for Sims 3 also.
For the end of the series what if you created characters to live in the houses, but the catch would be that they have to follow the houses theme. Also, this house was a pass in my opinion, great job and thank you for posting great content
As beautiful as this build was … the bedrooms buggggged me! Earth would have made a perfect parent bedroom and when you said it, I feel you should have made it but that’s just meeeee! For 5 … I love the idea of the 5 human senses and I feel you could have a lot of fun with it!!
Five roommates from five continents? might be hard to fit everyone in this tiny shell but technically nothing is stopping you from adding a floor as long as it's the same shape 🤔
and yes i know that puts all of north and south america in the same continent which makes no sense culturally, but statistically there are more south american countries than north american, make of that what you will 😅
Love this build but just wondering if you left no wallpaper on the exterior on purpose bc it still looks goood or did you forget haha love this build either way ❤❤😂😂
Number 5 ideas? :)
For five what about doing 5 different genres of music? Pop, folk, grunge, Metal, jazz? Whatever 5 you think you could do 😊 please like so she can see this❤
Someone said Cinco de Mayo
5 People?
Cinco de Mayo?

You had me at spice girl!!! 😍😍😍

earth and air: cute and cozy
water: kinda weird but cute
fire: chaos
Exactly my feelings about his 😂 I think the air room is my fav!
I think for the fire room it'd have been less intense if you'd used some orange and yellow colours, or had the walls been dark grey as a nod to charcoal. But it still looks great as-is!

LOL I wasn't expecting the Air Element bedroom to be THAT literal

As a huge Avatar The Last Airbender fan, this isn't exactly what I had in mind but I'm SO STOKED that 4 elements won 😍
Just wanna add: it's still one of my absolute favorite builds that you did :) even if it's not leaning into ATLA that much ^^
I was also thinking of ATLA when she said 4 elements.
For number 5 I feel like fun/stressful idea could be either
-5 min for each room
Or
-5 objects per room 😊
Hope everything is okay, Ashley! Its been a couple weeks since youve last posted. Absolutely no worries if youve got something going on, of course! Sending you good vibes! I know we're all excited for your next upload, whenever that may be!
Maybe 5 senses?👀
5 paintings-inspired room (have a sim create paintings while in 5 different moods). For added difficulty, you can only give yourself 5 minutes per room.
Maybe 5 kids? Toys everywhere , kid friendly home, messy living room and clutter everywhere. Can be shared bedrooms and also incorporate a family pet!
Hope all is well!?!?!? It’s been a couple of weeks since the last upload. I love love this series!❤
you should've done a rooftop garden on that weird section you struggled to roof!!! loved the video as always 😊
as for the number 5, perhaps only 5 minutes to furnish each room? can't wait to see!!!
Yes! That way there could've also been some more wallplants hanging from above in the little corner garden 💖.
or made the roof in that part with the zen garden into a glass roof 😉
PLEASE have the round bit of the 5 be a little garden terrace thing. It would be so cute !!!
For number 5 you can build a 5 star rental😅
What a fun build! I would've loved to see the bathroom in livemode.
This is my fave number build so far haha and i agree with the one who proposed 5 rooms, 5 mins, 5 senses 😂❤
Is this a Doctor Ashley build, or a Dr. Gluon build? The chaos of this build are certainly verging on Gluon's level 🤪🥰
If I were to build a concept around the number 5, I might explore its significance in various contexts, such as the five senses, the five elements, or the five stages of grief. Each of these could offer rich themes for exploration and creativity.

How about for 5 you can only use the 5th swatch on any item? There IS a risk none of the colors would match, but them's the breaks.
I was thinking the same thing!
@@liesbethverlaeckt8083 oh good! I was worried my idea was too weird haha😂
5 should include 5 animals, horse, dog, cat, chicken, cow
I love that
I was thinking the same thing, but don't think you can fit a cow shed in the house, maybe swap that with fish or hamster
For 5, you can either do a
5'55" time limit per room and/or
5 rooms and the first one has
1*5 items,
Second one has 2*5 items, then 3*5 items etc
For 9 you could use exactly 9 items in each room (I think excluding windows, doors, flooring and walls)
You could've gone modern house with platforms to avoid the agony of roofing this. Bet it would've still looked as amazing coming from you
The air bedroom really reminds me of an AD video where 3 designers renovate the same bedroom. Love it
5… use the fifth released expansion, Game pack, stuff pack, kit ONLY
a 5 star luxury getaway!!
For 5 I suggest using five random packs where you have to use at least one item per pack in every room
I get why you did sand for the water element but it’s more earthy. 😅 That’s okay though. The outside is very pretty. ❤
I love it! It looks great. Can you followup with a short to show us how that water bathroom looks in live mode? I want to see the bubbles, lol.
Pastel Pop has a bed with a cloud frame.

You could do the 5 main occults: vampire, werewolf, mermaid, alien, spellcaster. Or wait until 9 and add servo, plant sim, ghost, and skeleton.

Will you ever finish the apartment series?
There is a tree trunk scratching post from Cats and Dogs that would have been great for a divider because it's litterally a tree. I just think that the City Living slats are too perfectly straight for the earthy vibe.
Or I think Dine Out has the birch tree divider, which also would work!
@@chyrchhella7804 yeah or the bamboo from Spa Day.
The number 5 should be inspired by the Jackson 5. A home or venue dealing with music, singing,,dancing, cameras, party lights. The new kit would be perfect to introduce.
I have two suggestions:
**Five Decor Theme Rule**: Choose five different decor themes (e.g., modern, vintage, minimalist, bohemian, industrial) and apply each theme to a specific section of the number 5 house.
**Five Sim Challenge Rule**: Design the house to accommodate a family of five Sims. Each room should have enough space and amenities to comfortably accommodate all five family members.
watching this now, the new plant wallpaper from lovestruck would be so perfect for earth bedroom ❤
You could have used the tiles from snowy escape for the bathroom ❤️
Imagine how inconvenient the bathroom floor would be. You would shower and immediately get dirty again because the sand would stick to your feet 😂😅
Yes you did that!
5- you can only use 5 packs? 🤔
The air room is PERFECT
Five start luxury where you have to use the most expensive object even if it’s BAD
I loveeeee the entire build!! The fire was hard & you definitely pulled it off. For 5 you could do 5 kids & 5 random packs using at least one item from each pack hehe 😈
Girl where is 5 😭😭😭😭😭😭
😢
I think it would be really cool if you do a series where you make a house that would fit in each of the states of America (different styles and setups based on those areas) you could then even do different countries or break it down even further!! I would love to see it!!
Number 5 - 5 lifestages in the home
Example : elder adult teen child infant
I was honestly scared about how you were going to roof and decorate the outside of the house, but honestly, it’s the best looking part of the video!
It’s like I finally came to my senses on the exterior 😂
In love with the Earth room and the water 🌿🫧 but oddly the fire room looks like red blood cells maybe it could also work for a vampire build😅
I feel like this theme would make a really unique hotel theme 🤔 I really enjoyed what you did here!
We miss Rent around a world!!! 😢
This series is so creative! For 5, maybe you could do a house for a person with 5 pets. It would be a challenge to fit all the pet items! 😊
Me the whole time : budget😅 ….. budget 😅 BUDGET 😅😅😅
You can do lightning design or things on the fire themed living room.
I do feel like the fire room could've included a bit more yellow or orange for the sake of variation amongst the walls and floors. I forget what sort of items there are but maybe rugs or wall lights could've pulled throught?
For number 5 you could do a 5 minute challenge, so you have 5 min/room. And for extra fun, each room is a random aesthetic.
I think if you did a theme based on the movie “the 5th element”, it could be super paranormal ( maybe haunted house) and Sci-Fi -ish!
the exterior is actually so cool!!!!!
For #5 you should do only 5 items in each room. Like only 5 items in the bedroom and bathroom. And if it’s open concept (like the living room is with the entry way) you can still do 5 for the living and then 5 for the entry.
I think this is my favourite house of the challenge so far (as of right now we're waiting for 8)
For air you should've put some soap bubbles from city living outside :D
You can only use every other 5th object in build mode, and the 5th swatch if it has one.
What if you tried to make the next build with the 5th item from each category? This is already challenging enough but I’d also be very impressed to see you incorporate the 5 minutes per room suggestion with this as well!
5 rooms, 5th item, 5th swatch ♥️
as a Chinese American…. this is an unlucky build 😂 too many 4s!
For five you have to use at least 5 journey to Batuu items
I kinda thought you'd use the literal forest wallpaper from Parenthood for the Earth room but I do love the stone vibes.
Maybe for 5 you could get like 5 sims traits and build a house for those traits?
And maybe have like a budget of 5000 per room or something?
Awww… I wished you showed how you did the roofing and the patio.
I kinda of want to try this challenge in Sims 3, because I don't know the objects in that game as well as Sims 4. I only have about half of the expansion packs for Sims 3 also.
There is a carpet with a swatch that looks like rocks with lava flowing in between that would have worked well with the volcano living area
The air element would look better on the living room ,and the fire on the parents room
For the end of the series what if you created characters to live in the houses, but the catch would be that they have to follow the houses theme.
Also, this house was a pass in my opinion, great job and thank you for posting great content
I am in love with that bathroom
the earth room is giving the infamous nct toe gripping bedroom lmao
Hi Ashley! This is so cool! You absolutely nailed it! 🤩✨
Oh hey, that's me! Amazing job as always, I knew you'd knock it out of the park.
Maybe a pool house or a club house for 5 clubs with themes that rhyme with five like dive, bee hive, knive, wive, drive, or jive.
Maybe the fifth item of the catalogue for each category? So fifth double bed, fifth floor tile, fifth love seat, so on
As beautiful as this build was … the bedrooms buggggged me! Earth would have made a perfect parent bedroom and when you said it, I feel you should have made it but that’s just meeeee!
For 5 … I love the idea of the 5 human senses and I feel you could have a lot of fun with it!!
What happened to the apartments in all the worlds in the Sims 4?
Ik your not at 7 yet but I feel like I'll forget this idea when the time comes so I pitching it now 😅😅 7 deadly sins for the number 7
5 points
5 realms
5 senses
5 colors
5 themes

I think it's just a white wallpaper, so it looks kinda like the basic walls, but I don't see the little studs in there
