"Bon Voyage" is the 3rd and final part of the Apocalypse trilogy, which is about the destruction of the environment by humanity. The members have mentioned that it is about giving nature a break. Any encounter between human beings always has separation attached to it as well, just as death is a part of life. SuA also said that the fluffy floating thing that Dami summons from her painting is a cell. It has been named "Celly" and is adorable! My dark mind believes that they are saying "Have a good trip" to humanity, since we are well on our way of wiping ourselves out. It's like a breakup between humanity and the earth. Once humanity is gone, nature gets the break it needs and the circle will begin again. For me, the key to understanding the lyrics is that they are singing as human beings, not as a single person. And they are singing to nature, confessing their love and the realization that we are not good for nature and that it probably resents us. It could also be the other way round (them singing as mother nature to humanity). SuA jumping out after the dove seem to represent their desire for peace. The story of the MV seems to be that the rest of humanity has sheltered away under force fields after the apocalypse. This gives nature time to heal. Musically I can already say this is one of their best songs for me. The chorus slaps hard, and the variations between heavy and slow are just beautiful. It has emotion and impact at the same time. Putting JiU's sweet voice together with an acoustic guitar is simply genius. I probably won't have to tell anyone that the visuals here are out of this world. I'm going to say it anyways: The members have never looked more beautiful, and the whole team all deserve a raise!
I love BONVOYAGE. Lyrically it feels like the story of Dreamcatcher's own personal apocalypse, told from 3 different perspectives: 1) Pre-debut Dreamcatcher (also known as Minx), who are at their lowest point in their careers and who have to make a choice. Give up their dream or re-debut as Dreamcatcher with a completely different image and sound. (verses) 2) Post-debut Dreamcatcher, who are treating every day as their last, going full speed ahead with their new image and sound, while leaving their Minx era image behind. (chorus) 3) Current day Dreamcatcher, a blend of both Minx and Dreamcatcher, who are looking back with pride and love at both versions of themselves. (intro, pre-chorus, bridge and final chorus) ❤ Alternatively in the climate apocalypse context: Nature is dying, humanity is at a crossroad. If we make the right changes and choices now, and make sure we stick to them and never give up, then in the future humanity can become one with nature and look back at ourselves with pride and love.
Unfortunately there is no killing voice for Dreamcatcher and its a crime that it doesnt exist. Im atill hoping that well get one someday. There are some Its Live performances for several of their songs where they perform with a live band. Definitely recommend them. Also, if you guys are wanting to know more about the girls then the Ultimate 2021/2022 guide by Dreamworld is a great guide. Its a little outdated at this point but is still the most comprehensive and informative. It has history, snippets from each title track up to BEcause, and a section dedicated to the members. If you guys want a taste of aomething thats a little different from their Title Track sound then check out their Red Sun special clip. Its a performance video of one of their bsides and the choreography was done by SuA, the main dancer.
@@nilayk4560 i know that, that doesnt change the fact that it doenst look like it,, (btw i never said anything about it not being one... ) read before you nitpick about something

Agreed. It's a bummer. They've also been ignored by Studio Choom, which they would totally kick ass at.
Vkos, the legend, strikes again
