Thanks for watching and your supportive comments. It's seems like an age ago now that we were basking in glorious Scottish sunshine. Nice to be reminded of it, thank you x
Hi guys. Thanks for watching and commenting. Yeah, the mini chopper was much better then we expected and the curry turned out decent. Not quite restaurant/takeaway standard but close enough. I suspect that really authentic curries have more fat and salt in than they want to admit to! Hope you'r enjoying France. Happy travels x
What a lovely first day and journey to Arran. I enjoy seeing what you're cooking, it always looks so tasty. Nice seal spot, I didn't see any but the water was a little rougher when I was there. Look forward to part 2. ATB, Sue x
Thanks Sue. Sorry you didn't see any seals. Part two is ready to go, may put it up this evening. Lots more seal shots to come :). Will keep an eye out for your next vlog too x
Funny isn’t it - how we tend to take the things on our doorstep for granted. We do the same with some of our local attractions. We found Arran to be really beautiful and peaceful. If you do go you’ll love it. Thanks for watching x
@@adogaday Although we were 15 miles inland we were 600 feet up and could see the sun set behind Arran in April and August. and sometimes the hills white with snow in winter.
Another brilliant video. Once I have watched them I normally feel hungry. I wonder why. Keep them coming. My camper is now supposed to be with me late august. I will keep my fingers crossed. Raymond🏴👍
Keep everything crossed!!! End of August will be round pretty quickly. Thanks for watching and commenting. We eat better when camping than we do at home lol!
I would hate pitching next to you as the cooking would smell lovely that it would drive me nuts lol 😂 You are the masters of fresh cooking. I was expecting your new gadget to to startup every time you pulled it and drive off That fire was a bit worrying with s gas canister Great pictures of the seal and the sub Really liked this video well done 👍🏻
Lol yes does look a bit like a pull chord for some sort of motor. Only a matter of time before smellyvision is a thing and you'll be able to smell the food through your device at the same time as watching it...although I'm not sure smelling us after a couple of weeks without a shower would be quite as appealing lol. The fire looked dramatic but it wasn't enough to get Tim out of bed! I told him about it and he just said, "film it and I'll watch it later zzzzz" lol. Thanks again for watching and commenting x
Hi from Ireland guys..we.ve just discovered your Channel.. loving the vids..we head to Scotland in our campervan 7th July for 3 weeks..our first nights are on Arran. One of our favourite places.will be on Mull too looking fward to possibly staying at Fidden farm..you guys seemed to enjoy it. Oh on last thing where did you buy the fire pit? We may buy the Madog Cookware..but want the fire pit first lol Happy travels Ian&Dee :)
Hi the firepit is a Firewok. They are brilliant and will hopefully last a lifetime. We have had ours 6 years now and it is still as rock solid as the day we bought it. They do do a smaller version for campervans but in my opinion it is better to get the larger one as it enables a whole crowd to sit around it if you have company, it gives you a larger cooking area and allows you to build far bigger fires that keep you warmer. firewok.co.uk/
A beautiful video, such scrumptious food and peaceful surroundings, well done guys love your vids.

That curry looked delicious. Loved the mini chopper 👍

Only problem with this is watching it at 10 in the morning and craving a curry, excellent video thanks x
Surely the bigger problem is Thai or Indian. 😂
Indian obviously.
I’m afraid I would have to disagree. Always Thai.
Well we are all different 😊 whatever it is I'll eat it if it looks that good 👍
Indian for me too 😁
I've spent my life with a view over to Arran but haven't managed to set foot there. An encouraging video for sure !
