We’ll take a look at some ex employees who spilled the tea about what it’s really like to work with some of the biggest stars out there. One former bodyguard said Kanye West is far from the best boss, and Twitter couldn’t come up with enough horror stories about Ellen Degeneres. Cardi B has been kicked out of a hotel because of her bad behavior, and stars like Jennifer Lopez and Nicki Minaj are notoriously difficult when it comes to what products they want provided backstage. Ariana Grande resents being called a diva, while Lea Michelle finds it hard to get along with her co-stars. Katherine Heigl’s comments got her blacklisted in the entertainment industry, and more than one celeb has thrown a phone in a fit of anger. We’re looking at you, Naomi Campbell and Russell Crowe! Christian Bale is rumored to have anger issues on set, while Goop-founder Gwyneth Paltrow may be a little bit out of touch with non-celebs.

Women aren’t divas. We hold ourselves accountable and we are independent, we don’t depend on a man. We are stunning princess’ and queens and there is no question we should be treated as such. Everyone should be treated with royalty, and I mean everyone. There were only a handful of men on this list and a lot of women, why? I don’t blame some of the celebrities but throwing tantrums are normal, celebrities have to deal with a lot of stress and it’s certainly not always proper, but at the end of the day they are normal people; we need to respect that.
When talking about Nikki Minaj the narrator said Nikki was accused of having a "meltdown" in her salon, including; screaming, *sweating*, and almost loosing a wig.

Yeah..stars in general are a nightmare to work with. If they are performing they have a list of things they want. Ive even seen a guy had to have a bucket of fried chicken wherever he went which is ridiculous. Candles and snacks like chips are easy but to have a food kept warm for hours so they can complain its dried out under burners when they feel like eating? Of course its going to taste like crap
