I have both my nipples pierced and I almost never snatch them. I found that I am automatically quite careful with them and make sure that there aren't any circumstances in which it could happen. E.g. in the shower with the loofah I always wrap the cord around my hand so that it doesn't hang or flop around and I only glide the loofah carefully around my nipples and not over or near them. It happened only once that the loofah got caught on my nipple when I forgot about it and was hurrying which to be fair was excrutiating but you get over it as long as you don't tear the piercing hole too much, only a few days of a sensitive nipple that's all. There's definitely enough work-arounds in any situation regarding the piercings, you only need to be mindful of them. In my opinion the only downside really is the long healing process which can have a lot of ups and downs and I found that there was no single point where I could say "now they're healed" since it's such a slow and non-linear process. Also, downsizing the barbell length at some point really helps and if you have the correct barbell size in there will be much less circumstances in which you might snatch them.
