Is there a reason why you didn't paint the pieces before assembly? I have been making snowflakes from the rolls and learned that painting the pieces before assembly seems to be easier than waiting until after I've assembled them. I'm just asking, no criticism intended. And the flowers are adorable, will try to make some for additional Xmas wreath decor.
For me it is easier at the end, because you can hold on the stick and cover all areas without mess, then you can set to dry in a glass or jar without touching the rose.
