This is terrific - while I agree with Melvin C that it is not recycling, it is "repurposing" TP for another reason besides the normal one. :) And, er, I prefer new, as in unused, for this. I was thinking though, that at our institution the facilities person takes our ginormous rolls of TP away when they get near the end of the roll. This would be a great idea for those bits instead of throwing the TP away. Thank you for sharing this.

Entertaining and interesting, but this is definitely NOT recycling toilet paper, it’s using perfectly good NEW toilet paper for craft.. please do not tag it as a form of recycling nor “recycled craft”..
