I am 20 years old and looking to acquire my first piece of farmland, because of my age I don’t have any credit or any ownership recognition. How do I still go about acquiring and investing as the most beginner. If you would mine discussing these topics or providing the right people to get in with, it would be greatly appreciated it.
So informative, thank you! ❤ Buying our farmland here in Greece and now starting to look for partners and investors to bring our vision of a regenerative farm to fruition.
I was raised on a farm but kinda cut off from family farm and probably won’t get the land so I gotta get my own and create an empire of my own so to speak 🗣 I could never farm myself but always wanted to be an owner
Thanks for the info. Most people are not millionaires and could not be accredited investors, so I guess I would need to purchase an acre or 2 in the Eastern part of Kansas to start a homestead, maybe in association with an American farmer who is renting and could share his/her skills in exchange for a piece of that land. I would like to have a tiny house, do some gardening, and eventually live off the grid. What would you suggest? Any off-grid communities in that area? I am French Canadian, and love the outdoors, cycling, hiking and red wine.
That's the new RUclips cadence... Isn't it brutal? Everyone sounds exactly the same, no personality whatsoever! Useful content but you certainly doesn't want to distinguish himself in the space.
My concern with some of the crowdfunding sites is they all have set exit dates for the farms. I’m looking at long term holdings that I could pass down for generations. Is there a crowd funding site for that? Or do all these crowdfunding sites have exit plans for these farms?
No one in my area invests in farmland but farmers that need a tax deduction and the people who rent their farms out has had the land in their family for generations. When an acre of "good" land sells for $25k and farmers only pay $85 per acre rent that's not a good investment. Please tell me where land is cheaper and rent is higher cause I would love to invest in it.
With Agriculture tumbling, inflation soaring, the Fed imposing large interest-rate hike, while treasury yields are rising rapidly-which means more red ink for portfolios this quarter. How can I profit from the current volatile market, I'm still at a crossroads deciding if to liquidate my $125k bond/stock portfolio❓
Learning all I can. My father died 5 years ago owning 33 acres of farmland. He had no will so me and my two siblings own it equally per NC state law. None of us have done nothing with it since. My dad leased his farm to a family since tge 80s and they are still using it. I do not know if they have been paying or not. Ready to get this all in order. I want to legally separate my own portion… 11 acres. Do not know where to even begin.
i think this guy has good delivery for his audience and would make a great host for a platform that could help facilitate some sort of crowdfunding for lands. could be cool
I want to have crops of all kinds all over the USA but not sure if legally you can own land in other states that you don’t reside in so not sure if I could do that
12.13 acres of land, with 2 houses located in the property - 707 and 713 Johnston Waxahachie Texas 75167 . Restrictions make it where you have to purchase both houses. 707 Johnston, is a beautiful house with an attached shop of some sort, or even turn it into a horse stall, mechanic shop, etc. Ideas are endless. the 713 Johnston, is a beautiful, updated house, with brand new kitchen counters, cabinets, floors, etc, and appliances remaining.
why not talking about buying farm land, put it into a trust, then you as the farmer or find a farmer to lease the land from said trust... etc. etc. etc.
I know right, Dairy farmer also, it all seems like a battle the farmers can't win. History is repeating, The rich will be the new "Lords" and everyone else will be the "surf's ". The more things change the more things stay the same.
The reach are miserable and looking for slavery! No no excuses.! If wont farmland .!You need to use for that purpose. Therefore you like to do farming.!! Hard work 😓
Water, water, water. Water above ground. Water below ground. Water in the future. Many western farms and ranches are suffering from increasingly severe drought conditions. Many western farms have already pumped their underground water almost dry. In the future, droughts will probably become more widespread and more severe, as western farmers and ranchers continue to vote for the Republican Party that is dominated by oil and coal barons that result in the promotion of ever more dumping of greenhouse gases of CO2 and methane into the air to trap more sunray energy to heat up the Planet Earth to ever higher temperatures to dry up land.

Separating it will probably decrease its value when you sell. Farmers don't want to farm an 11 acre tract. Either buy them out or sell it whole and split the $. Just don't let this build tension in the family.

Ryan is getting started on his very own Beartaria
As a person who grew up on a farm, buying one wouldn't be a good idea unless you have the experience
He didn't mentioned the 100.00 introduction.🤔

I just invest in ADM and call it a day lol
Forget it if you are not accredited.
For someone who clearly states that you are NOT a professional you sure can sell your ROI to people.
Been a minute. Beard lookin strong and thanks for the heads 👊
Great video, I want to wake up one morning and find out my portfolio is $1,000,000. I know it's possible
😊...❤
Lost lots of traction with the channel, why do you think that is?
As a diary farmer I would not recommend.

Nice advice for family
