Here is some advice for the ones who are new to these. The full body tent is the way to go. Those small factor tents are okay, but they really restrict movement. I has a small factor, A Serene Life, Zonemel, and some other unamed full body tent. Serene Life and Zonemel are the best. The unamed one was good, it was build like the one in this video. The one thing you want is a good steam pot. The best pot is the 4l 1600 watt. The smaller pots like the 1000 watts works best for smaller tents, but the bigger the tent, the bigger the pot you will need for optimum use. Yhays why you should invest in the 1600 wat steemer.

I dont really agree. The 1000 watt I have gets to 140 there's no reason to have a steam room over 140 1000 watt will have no problem heating the tent up... You could go more powerful like you say but then your starting to push the circuit breaker as long as it's the only power on that circuit you'll be ok if your place was wired right but it is Overkill

@@geodude6244 Yeah. It can be your way. I just only replaced a small tent for a bigger tent (6ftx3ft-Serene Life), but used the 1000 watt steamer from the old and it really didn't heat up the space where I didn't even sweat and my hart rate stayed steady. A small factor tent, the one that is fully enclosed was effective for me with the 1000 watt steamer.

How is the clean up afterwards? Does it leave puddles on the floor or cause a time of moisture outside of the sauna room? I want to try one in our garage in winter with freezing temperatures but wonder if it will cause frost inside my garage due to steam escaping

Hi. Thank you for your review. Just trying to choose between the one with aluminum insulation film fabric on the inside and the one which is similar to yours. Yours seems to have a thermal insulation layer between the outer and the inner layers, doesn't it?

I HAVE AN AROMASPA THAT I USE DAILY FOR 15 MINUTES, I ALSO BOUGHT A PORTABLE STEAMER THAT I HAVE IT CONNECT TO MY AROMASPA, I DO 5 MINUTES AT 120 DEGREES, LOOKS LIKE AN INFERNO IN THERE, I CLOSE MY EYES BECAUSE IF I LEAVE THEM OPEN FOR TOO LONG THEY COULD GET DAMAGED, THEN I SHUT OFF THE PORTABLE STEAMER AND IT STAYS AT 110 DEGREES WITH THE UNIT STEAMER ALONE, I DO THAT FOR 10 MINS, I SWEAT LIKE CRAZY AND DETOXIFY

I think it is 140 F or 60 C. Think if you get a 1600 Watt steamer, it can achieve at least 180 F. Still don't know for sure yet but I am wondering the same thing

The steam will break the generator
If it can't go in the sauna then the steam will get inside the generator eventually

I'm really interested in an at home sauna like this but my only worry would be the material its made out of. If it is a bunch of plastics and other materials you're heating up and just breathing in a bunch of PFAS could be bad.
