A beautiful music, monumental and wonderful. Vangelis can do the music which is giving the climate of the sea back. Enjoy it :). Note: No copyright infringement intended.
Imagenes y musica sobrenatural, subyugante, extremecedora.
I find the ending to this Movie very emotional, with a Member of the Crew saying ''Thats it now, isn't it Sir.....We'll never see England again? '' as the Ship sinks in flames. Vangelis comes in with a truly great piece of Music as the end titles come up.....It makes me cry every time I watch it There is something very sad about watching a beautiful Ship sink.
Yes indeed the musical effect of Vangelis definitely launched the M.S.H. Bounty from England to Tahiti. Captain Bligh and Fletcher Christian together are powerful separate personalities. From Bligh wanting to go around the Horn, and Christian in love with the beautiful Tahitian woman.
Amazing music! You just want be on a sailing boat around the world when you here it! The film is one my all time favourites too, though without the music score I don't think the film would have been as good. That's how apt the music is to the movie.
Wonderfully evocative music, from a very good 'Different'-version of a classic epic story. Personally, I've always preffered the 1962 'Brando' version, with it's superb, stirring music by Bronislau Kaper. By theres no reason why we can't enjoy all versions.
Contemporary analysis of the actions of Lt. Bligh would indicate he was an unfair and harsh man. But in reality he is trying to remind Mr. Christian, his executive officer, of his responsibilities as a Naval officer and self restraint. The same holds true today, but we see more and more, social "considerations" being adopted by the American Navy, a force that has absolutely no equal in the world. Mr. Christian is ultimately a man without a country. The United States Navy has the Free World a country to serve, but a word of caution, just as Mr. Christian condemned himself due to a lack of responsibilty, a military organization will ultimately fall due to internal deterioration. This is mightier than any storm at sea, the storm from within.
Possibly one of the best soundtracks ever made.
