And also i took damage because of the High Max fight, this fight ends when X's life gets depleted, since X can not damage him at all.

The 3rd hit of zeros 3-hit combo activates the invincibility, theres a technique to spam the first 2 uber fast and waste bosses, like he did in the video.
I don't know what kind of sorcery you did to beat the game like this but if you did it by your own i have to say this: you are a beast!... P.S: i love the ending of this game xD
TAS is Tool-Assisted (I think the S is Service? Someone correct me if I'm wrong). So a tool freezes the game so you can slowly play the game one frame at a time. So what you see is a normal-speed amazing playthrough, but what really happened is someone manipulating the game with a start/stop function. Still, it's amazing.

Boss portraits in dialogue look awesome with TAS button-mashing. I'm sad that Shadow Armor didn't get any use in this run though, since it's pretty cool. How did that trick with High Max work?

The bad thing is Megaman X series are over because in Megaman X8 the team figures out that all the Sigmas that you have been killing are copies of the original one that lives in the Moon, but now that the original one is destroyed, there cannot be more copies without the original Sigma, so that's sad to accept but it is true.
OBJECTION! If you have ever played MMX1 to the end, you'd know that in the very end Sigma says that his body might have been destroyed but his spirit will live on. In X2 after you destroy Sigma's new body, The Sigma virus appears, which is sigmas spirit. In the beginning of the Mega Man X8 You see the Sigma copies, that are only "New generation reploids" who have the ability to transform. There were no reploids like that In X1-6. The "new generation reploids" came in X7, But still the Sigma was the real deal, but as i said earlier "Sigma says that his body might have been destroyed but his spirit will live on.".

it means that they use tools to kinda break the game. like savestates and other mostly computer things to make an almost flawless run of anygame. note it does take time to do flawless runs evenwith these tools but thats basically it.
It says: "You need to die once to get all the reploid in 2 visits. Got all the reploids in the way." on the TASvideos submission, And as you might've seen he wen't to the upper floor and saved that one reploid and died.
***** Not really, this was answered before, if you don't belive me, try to spam the attack button as fast as possible(because that's basically what the turbo buttons would do) zero does his slash animation but only starts the next one after fully finishing the first one. This technique is done by using the dash cancel like the other people said, you slash, then dash(which stops the slash) and press the slash button again(which stops you from dashing and activates a new slash).
In blizzard wolfangs level hes clearly touching the enemy and those huge snowballs even the spikes and takes no damage.. is that a hack or something???
