Beautiful video! TY for this one. Rafe couldnt stop or change it all once he began his path down this road. The Pogues wouldnt forgive him,nor would he want them to. Rafe lives within his own world,and if anyone interferes with that,he will strike out as surely as all hell. I hope they dont kill him off. I'd probably quit watching. All the drama would die with him. That would be like shooting off their own foot,cos everyone seems to like his character the most. (Buuut,..I love him to death! Just cant help it)
i wanted a redemption arc but at this point he is to far gone, i think in the very end he might sacrifice himself for someone and the pouges will not forgive him but let him like die in piece like maybe in his dying breath he can apologize or something. i do still feel a bit bad for his character just bcz he definitely has some sire of mental problems and i want him to get help so bad but he probably never will. also for some reason when i say that i feel bad for him people think that i am justifying his actions, well i'm not but at the same time i. am but also what does it matter bcz this is a tv show yk. like obviously murder is bad lol and if he was a irl person i would not be looking for redeeming qualities but bcz its a show and drew starkey as an actor makes it so hard to not feel a bit bad for him. sry for this random rant i hope u enjoyed me ted talk LOL
No I completely agree - Drew is so good at doing Rafe’s character, like in the first season I hated Rafe but in season two I started to just feel bad for him because like you said he clearly has problems but not one has or will help him - then again it doesn’t justify his actions but I do hope he can get some sort of redemption!
