Personally I prefer minority governments (not with the current people in their current places however) as it keeps the leaders in check. Which is why we need fixed unalterable election dates, like the US has for their presidential election.
We also need to change the rules so that a person elected to parliament under one party's banner can't decide after getting elected to just switch to a different party.
They should be required to resign their seat and run in a by-election under the new party's banner to see if they will be re-elected.
Another BS rule is that if a person running for PM loses in their riding but their party wins, it is understood that someone who was elected into their party will "give up" their seat for the PM to take.
What should be required is the opposition chooses which riding will have a member from the winning party resign and the PM will have to run in a by-election in that riding to see if they can win that seat.

Home prices are determined by zoning/land use policies from municipal and occasionally provincial governments. The feds have very little to do with home prices. Generally speaking local NIMBYs are the biggest problem.

@@janoycresnova9156 The moment a bill is rejected by a party it would result in a vote of non confidence which would trigger an election. Personally I prefer minority governments (not with the current people in their current places however) as it keeps the leaders in check. But the problem is we could legitimately have another election in ~10 months if this "new" government is basically less collaborative.
