Colombo to Almora is a must read book because it will answer our questions which we could not ask any one from birth as there was no teacher , and over a period of time we start things happening are normal. We forget which is our real joy!

I read Swamiji’s lecture , 7-8 years back. The reading is so much of eye opener, in fact all the lectures in Colombo to Almora are like direct charge on me, charging me because I was waiting so long to hear to pacify my mind which I was not knowing waiting for it. The reading of the lectures were seem to me as if like drinking some thing. I checked my feeling that time if I was drinking- the answer was yes.
Pre ancient mam was shamanistic. Strangely the shamanistic trope of a bird atop a tree is tens of thousands of years old, represented in cave paintings for example. It (the bird on a tree or stick) is also associated with the pole star from earliest times (ie astronomy which is also tens of thousands of years old).
To complement Atmapriyananda Maharaj comment- in my life I started proceeding in the midst of RK thoughts , thinking that anyhow I am suffering or disturbed by this that then why not clinging on RK thoughts. 2nd complement from Atmapriyananda Maharaj - there is repository of the Vedanta thoughts, one can draw from there. It is highly fascinating . When nothing works meaning mind does not get peace at any then leave it at nothing above and pray the unknown energy/nothing. Does it work? Shall I get any reply from any of Maharaj - Sarvapriyanamda or Atmapriyananda ji Maharaj, particularly for the 2nd one?
I always thought that in our dreams we only feel our minds,we don’t see our body, so it’s clearly only subtle body lit up by consciousness,l can’t understand the dream body which swamy is talking about.

Since most Hindu Philosophy schools believe in birth and rebirth what is truth of other 'lokas'. Do they exist ? Do souls travel to other lokas or live in other lokas? Please clarify Swami Sarvapriyananda ji? You are embodiment of wisdom.
A lot of Lokhas exist in relative plane. When we start looking for it then it will appear as existing due to Maya. The idea is not to look for it as it is another object.Go back to subject again then that loka vanishes as it anyways was just a appearance.

I listened to the lecture because of Swami Sarvapriyananda. But I am miffed at the way the webinar was moderated and concluded - and of course the silly question about Neanderthal man. If anything, the whole purpose of Upanishads is to bring down man to his knees - consciously - to the level of animals and plants. The vanity of man in arrogating to himself everything - and worst of all knowledge and knowledge-based egocentricity - is the cause of all so called suffering. Buddha never denied Atman - he just refused to answer because, no matter how humble one is, it is man's ego that takes hold of him when he 'declares' about Atman. Buddhists' Sunya is no different from Purna of Indian thought - just like zero and infinity. Lo! I started blabbering. If anything, please do not conduct such intellectual webinars which demeans the Rishis of yore. This is not to cast any aspersion on Swami Sarvapriyananda, who also is a Rishi by the lofty standards. Sorry if you consider my words to be arrogant.
Core of vedanta is beyond everything which can be knowable Every objective knowledge will never reach the absolute truth. Knowing any physics / mathematics however advanced it may be Will never give enlightenment/liberation to the seeker

This has turned into intellectual class for PhD. and devotee get confused .
If you are looking for scientific validation of Vedanta, look no further than quantum physics
