hi UNBOX ITS, i have a problem with my Surface laptop 4. I experienced extreme slowness so I reinstalled the operating system, and deleted the partitions but the slowness was still the same. i don't know what to do. I am thinking of flashing the bios. do you have any idea? I doubt it could be from the ssd.
Thanks, great info. I created the Surface Laptop 3 Recovery USB and followed all the steps written by Microsoft, but in recovery mode, after booting form USB, it keeps on coming back to the Keyboard selection. If you have detailed video on the same, it would be appreciated Thanks
Back it up how, On the the computer that is not powering on? If you want a backup always have external drive when your computer is working not when your laptop is dead

For some reason i cant go to the recovery mode (the blue screen) my laptop just keep blinking on windows logo on repeat

Were you able to back up the previous SSD? I’m having the same issue but the ssd is still recognized on another devicr

I don't know about surface go. Just follow the process I wrote on the video. Is probably the SSD that failed as well
