2017 was one of the saddest year for G DRAGON.
He was mentally & phisically exausted due to his solo comeback, motte world tour, and at the same time the t.o.p scandal happens. He was so thin, he barely eat at that time. It was so heartbreaking watching him like that.
He is the Leader, so anything happen in the group, he is responsible for it. Too much burden on his shoulder at that time, but he try his best to join All the group activities despite his tiredness & depression.
Im glad this year, he has gotten more happy & peacefull. He looks more handsome too. 🥰

i thought we all very understanding fans but after reading some comments here...i don't think so...bigbang is human, they not robot to be happy all the times, they have their bad days too.....not only Gd, but Tae, Top, Seungri n Daesung tooo...sometimes one member not talking at all n other members will fill up the space....it's ok we still can enjoy together....don't need to pressure them

I honestly feel bad whenever I watch this cause of jiyong looking so tired I just feel bad knowing how exhausted and how he was struggling that time :( but props to seungri daesung and taeyang for making the event so lively
GD was getting tired of the game. When he realized that there would not be any impact if he messed up, he did it deliberately so that there would not be any change in number of fans holding up any member's name. It seems that he was still being the leader despite his exhaustion, jetlag and depression.
You really have to give BingBang members for being able to hold it together and entertain the audience in the face of all their troubles. They are so hardworking and talented, plus they work so good together. These brothers support each other in any situation. They use their different strengths to make them the Kings of K-Pop.
*It's sad to see that GD seemed to be having difficulty keeping it together here. He looked so sad.

Gd really wasn't in the mood you be an idol that day, he couldn't even pretend to like being there. As usual Daesung and seungri and taeyang were able to make it lively.

Từ đoạn tầm phút 11 nghe Seungri kể rất muốn được làm việc, rất muốn solo nhưng phải đợi, có nhiều sự tủi thân, ấm ức nhưng bạn ấy vẫn diễn đạt theo lối hài hước, gây cười, đó là điều khiến mình đau lòng nhất. Chỉ mong từ giờ trở đi Seungri có thể sống đúng với cảm xúc của mình, vui liền cười, buồn liền khóc. Cậu ấy đã vất vả nhiều rồi. Tớ một đứa fan đến muộn, ko kịp nhìn thấy cậu ấy tỏa sáng nhưng trong tương lai rất mong có thể được nhìn thấy cậu ấy một lần nữa đứng trên sân khấu. Yêu Seungri rất nhiều!

I remember Taeyang visited Gd during his solo tour saying that TOP felt bad and apologized to Gd because of his scandal..no wonder Gd look so stress and tired during this game...moreover he just arrived yet he still trying the best to do his part..i hope we,VIPs understand our idol more than other coz we know how our idol work so hard and still,their are a human being most like us..keep support💖

After watching GD's documentary, I can understand all the emotions he has in this fan meeting: anger, frustration, sadness, tiredness. He was so thin and sad.
He did not smile even once and his little desire to participate in the games was very evident (37:53)

@@jenalan4633 At that time TOP was having a hard time having consumed an overdose of anxiolytics, there are people who say that he was on the verge of death (I do not know if it is true).
Also, he was on tour and going through an existential crisis wanting to leave everything and be able to live as Ji Yong and not as G-Dragon.

I recommend you look for his documentary to understand why he was like this.

At the 2020 Nike Para-Noise release he said "They are one in the same" and on his Austraillian MOTTE tour, they asked what the difference was and he said, "Before, Kwon, Ji-Yong was acting as G-Dragon and this time, G-Dragon is acting as Kwon, Ji-Yong" (LOL!) because "G-Dragon" is just another way to say "Ji-Yong" and his on stage personality is his real personality. He said that on the MOTTE tour because YG owns his stage name, so he did it under his real name so YG couldn't profit given he owed Ji about $30 million in royalties....Here, he's jet lagged, tired of the juvenille games and did that because he didn't want Lee to win. If you don't get why and that they set the lie detector up just for him and asked those questions on purpose, why Ji said "good luck" and why he's angry, you don't know anything about him. He's thin because he has a metabolism disorder that causes his weight to fluctuate under stress, therefore he was having a medical problem, not a mental problem. His posts on that issue were aimed at TOP and others, not himself as the media took it out of context. In Austrailla, he said "I may be weaker medically, but my mental faculties are sharper than ever"...You betcha. A little later, Ji gave Lee all the time he needed to concentrate on Ramen since Big Bang is second to him...Ji's huge on loyalty.

I really find it hard to believe that he was not bad psychologically because in his documentary he expresses the opposite and the lyrics of his latest songs express that duality between GD and JiYong.
Even in the video in the middle of his show he asked "who he was" for the public and for his close people, saying that at that moment he was Jiyong.

I think TOP's situation did affect him and was one of the causes of his drastic weight loss, but if before the tour he was already so thin it was irresponsible for the company to add so many performances. He didn't look good at all. He seemed overwhelmed, tired and sad.
You made me think a lot about the subject because now I don't find sense in his way of acting so different from how he was.
P.D: I don't think he was mad at Seungri or any of them. I saw him angry with the situation he was going through.
It seems like he didn't feel like doing that circus to entertain his fans when TOP was going through a difficult time.
That is a huge LEAP to take and a lot of speculation, when the answer is as simple as they were in Japan and GD forfeited the Jenga game in Daesung's favor because that would make the fans happiest and they WERE on a schedule. Sometimes things are much simpler than they seem.

Seungri had solo album after the year of this event. Actually that time his preparing for it. He only saying that for fun,lets not be sad about him.
Indeed, also acording to him and many other sources he didn't get much help from YG either to produce/write the album or to promote/make the tour.
Many times he had to call YG out for not having backup dancers or a band to accompany him.
I don't feel bad for him because of what happened in the past. To be fair all of that feels meaningless compared to what they're doing to him now.
Regardless.. I like GDs smile when Seungri makes jokes.
