Just a little tip for you Mac, just in case Rahul did not tell you about the lower and upper berth on the train, usually if you have an upper berth ticket technically you still are allowed to be seated dow there when the person with the lower berth ticket does not want to sleep. So usually the lower berths are like sitting benches and when its time to sleep the people with upper berth ticket go up and you fold the back rest down for the lower berth and get some sleep. You should check out the AC Three TIER sometime too, in that in each cabin (not a closed cabin but same as the 2nd AC) there are 6 Beds in place of 4 Beds and the same arrangement on the side with 2 beds where Rahul was sleeping.

Its everyone's first time, but yeah finding your train biggie and seat is very easy, just check the train formation before leaving and it will show you the arrangement.

I have never been on a train like this one tbh. Maybe we have different trains for different routes. India does have wayyy better trains for most routes tbf. This one seems to be like the oldest one that’s still operating
Actually there are many different types of train according to prices ,all are modernised ,n good , but it depends upon ur price range which one you choose.
There are all kinds of trains. The more you pay, the better it gets. You get what you pay for. Vloggers for some reason choose the cheapest ones 🙄 they'll give hundreds of Rs as tips to vendors but won't spend extra on better facilities. Perhaps modern amenities don't qualify in their idea of 'India'. It's a pattern and Indian audience is getting tired of it
@FrontMan-132 Mac and Harry in their vlogs like to show people the various kinds and grades of transport. Some travelers will be coming on a budget and need cheap transport and accommodation. Mac and Harry show it all, from first class luxury down to the cheapest. Same with restaurants and street food.
Rahul is not adding any value to your vlogs, neither he is good at communications and bargaining with locals., very boring.. But really admire how you have been supportive and showing your patience towards him.

You should have stayed at Zostel Jodhpur. You have a magnificent view of the entire Jodhpur Fort from it's rooftop. They even have single rooms. If Zostel is booked out, there are multiple other hotels overlooking the fort in the same line.

Nobody's perfect. We all have different handicaps, experiences or lack of. Everybody could be better. I have no complaints and I'm grateful for these videos because I cannot go there myself.😊

I have never been on a train like this one tbh. Maybe we have different trains for different routes. India does have wayyy better trains for most routes tbf. This one seems to be like the oldest one that’s still operating
Actually there are many different types of train according to prices ,all are modernised ,n good , but it depends upon ur price range which one you choose.
There are all kinds of trains. The more you pay, the better it gets. You get what you pay for.
Vloggers for some reason choose the cheapest ones 🙄 they'll give hundreds of Rs as tips to vendors but won't spend extra on better facilities. Perhaps modern amenities don't qualify in their idea of 'India'. It's a pattern and Indian audience is getting tired of it
@FrontMan-132 Mac and Harry in their vlogs like to show people the various kinds and grades of transport. Some travelers will be coming on a budget and need cheap transport and accommodation. Mac and Harry show it all, from first class luxury down to the cheapest. Same with restaurants and street food.

Trains are always the BEST....if not overcrowded and noisy... Buses, as you have mentioned, have lots of negative points. People in🇮🇳 always prefer trains to buses
You should have stayed at Zostel Jodhpur. You have a magnificent view of the entire Jodhpur Fort from it's rooftop. They even have single rooms. If Zostel is booked out, there are multiple other hotels overlooking the fort in the same line.
