I have received SPARSH PPO through mail and when I check the migration status, I can see that 3 of my details (Aadhaar No, Mobile No & PAN No) are missing. Hence I was unable to login to SPARSH Portal. I have raised a service request to update the Aadhaar no. and I have uploaded the Aadhaar copy for that. Its been 8 days as of today but no update on the service request. Its showing as pending. Basically, the demographic details are having issue. Aadhaar is having some name (Full Name) and Service Records is having only partial name. I am assuming this might be the issue that Aadhaar no. PAN No. & Mobile number was not updated in the pension service records. Now If I want to perform the Life Certificate Identification, what is the process for me. From the available 4 options, I can see nothing fits for my profile. Kindly help in our case.

Sir, ajj humko sparsh se pension I'd aur PPO number Mila hai but username aur password nahi aaya abhi tk, kya hmara life certificate verification ho jayega ya nahi??
Open sparsh apps and fill the user name and pw.. but in ur cases u dont have user name and pw but in user name u fill with ur PPO no and last digit put 01 and go to forgot pw… u will get OTP in ur register mob… after filling OTP u will get sms in ur registered mob No and after that u will get PW…. After dat go to user and fill with ur credential (user name- ur PPO no n put 01 at last ppo no Pw- as generated in ur sms) after that u have to change the password as required. (Note:- old pw and new password to b fill and then submit)) then der u go with new pw and can open easily in sparsh apps
May I ask that commutation of pension has been reduced to be deducted for 128 months instead of 180 months from the date of retirement. Please confirm.
