I am a pre 96, when pcda opened for login for 96,I updated my address line and family details and uploaded the documents as they asked passport, driving license and affidavit by 1st class magistrate since it has been one month over but still it is showing pending , I am ex signals . Sir If Service Request sent one year before and rejected by Records. But whenever I start update it appear on screen that your previous request is pending and you can't process further request. What to do.
Implementation of Sparsh is done very shabbily by the pcda. The data of all pensioners are captured in the Sparsh through details available on the pension disbursement bank rather than respective records offices. Due to this, almost every pensioners is having mistakes in their personal details. Correcting these details will be an herculean task. Role of record offices for Sparsh migration is unknown. Banks are doing their well and what is the necessary for PCDA to take the role of banks for pension disbursement?

Second thing - macp is mandatory with 4 options(No macp, macp1, macp2, macp3).I am defence civilian retired on Nov,1999. I choose 'no macp'.Document wanted part2 order which I did not have. So I uploaded discharge certificate. Koi dikkyat hogi kya?

My husband was retired in the year 2004. He was serving as a Defence Civillian in Military Engineering Services, Lucknow since 10.1.1967 to 30 09.2004 and retired on the same date after his 37 years of continuous services. He was refularly getting his pensuon. He has died on 08.05 2022. I am getting family pension through band i have not been Migrated in SPARSH yet. Why is it taking so long ? I have submitted my life certificate too on 2nd November, 2023. Kindly suggest me process and should I wait to get massages automatically from bank and then only I should proceed ?
