They don’t make music like this anymore. MOBY, groove armada, some cafe del mar and Ibiza heads… something about about the turn of the millennium just has an amazing vibe, totally unique. The clothes, the way the cities in Europe felt, the streets, the people and especially the music. I love the early 2000’s, I still remember those days so clearly. Shoutout to anyone who lived through those times and knows what I mean. ✌️

Very very true such a unique vibe triphop music from that era. Most people dont seem into it. They usually like indie sorta stuff. Atmospheric intelligent drum and bass/jungle is also vastly unappreciated. Just throwing that in there.
True to a T. Even "Fast And Furious" forgot about real street racing music of late 90's-early 2000's. Stuff like Cirrus, Hybrid, Felix Da Housecat, Junkie XL, etc. Good post!

At 2:46, when the violins begin, this song makes me want to burst into tears, and not happy tears. My Mum, who had been my rock, until she passed in 2017, steered me through a life of disability and 50 years later, made me who I am today. She was so comforting and gentle. I'll never ever forget her. ❤️

My father also passed away in 2017. Music has the power to catch emotions in a fast strong way like no others form of arte. It is in all of us. Each One of us feels it deeply (no matter the happy or sad tears). Sad tears can have beautiful emotions and memories. This is nota about the music, but about your feelings, grieving and healing ❤
The wife looks up to me and always values my input. She depends on me to make the majority of our big decisions in every day life and sees me as fearless. What she doesn't know is at times I feel like I don't know what to do myself and have some anxiety not knowing what to expect. That's when I come here to recollect my thoughts, composure and formulate a solid strategy that can have the both of us moving forward towards our goals in life without flailing, hand in hand with one another. This is the power of Groove Armada.

I had this song on a playlist when I was traveling by rail in Spain from city to city in 2013. It almost has a James Bond/exploring unfamiliar areas vibe to it, at least to me. It was my first trip to Europe with some good friends of mine. Will forever be one of the best trips I've ever been on and one of my favorite songs, mentally taking me there each time I hear it.
Would love to see a full orchestra play this.

There was such a mystical feeling from about 95 through to 05. Its like the planet had this overwhelming cosmic energy. I don't think we'll ever see the return of that magic.

I have listened to this song 2, 3 years ago, when being lost, not fully, but in very important "parts" of my life.
Now my life is way better, but I know that some traumatic stuff will definitely happen... Dying family members for example... Getting older is scary. But... To sum up... Life is good right now. Istill listen to this song to get this melancholic feel and then - release of emotions. This a very "cathartic" song. I sometimes cry to it. In a good way.

The 2:43 long build up is probably the reason this song gets passed up. I almost assumed it was just "boom... Boom boom" throughout the whole song.
I can't believe that no one has mentioned how it was used in the movie Tomb Raider. Angelina Jolie in her prime walking through a time storm as this song played,it aroused me and scared the shit out of me at the same time.
