So when you’re in a ship there is only one direction she can spawn in which is that of the entrance, therefore staring at the screens or terminal and never looking out of the entrance will make sure the girl never come in and kills you. Another metagame was "prisonfortress"- secure prison and play king of the hill. Enough, I feel like grandpa boring the youngsters to death with that wall of text, sorry! 🧓 Anyway: This game looks very intriguing but I would be both either too easily frightened or too dumb to fill one of the roles. Still a very entertaining video, thanks. 😊
i find it hilarious that the bracken, instead of stalking you in a menacing, towering-over-you way, it just decides to crawl on all fours like a forest gremlin
The radar boosters are really nice for dealing with dogs and giants. If you ping them, it draws dogs to their location, and with the flash feature, it stuns giants, making them drop whoever they're holding. They make for a good defense tool for helping crewmates get back to the ship unharmed. Ironically better for outside rather than inside.
Confirm can be shortened to "c" and deny "d". Also, most commands that aren't top level can be shortened to 3 letters, and you don't have to be in the respective menus to issue most commands. This means typing "fla 4" then "c" from the startup page of the terminal buys 4 flashlights You can do "switch pla" to switch to specific player "player". This is more helpful on games with larger lobbies. With the loud horn we do: 1 pull is dogs, 2 pulls means giants, 3 is leviathan, LONG pull is nighttime come back (only a couple minutes to midnight) Sorry to spam if anyone else has mentioned these, but thought they could be helpful to other members of the company. Good luck reaching your quotas!
I'd add to maybe shorten the pull so they could respond faster, like 1 pull is Bracken + Coilhead + Sandworm and the shortest so they'll know to look around for threats, 2 pulls is dogs + giants so they crouch, then long pull for 4 PM when outside threats spawn, then another long pull for 10 PM to quickly get back.
I've been getting super into being the team's "Overwatch," it's just so satisfying knowing that you are the reason your teammates (especially if they're new to the game) were able to get out of the facility alive. Also it's nice to feel like you're in control of not only your team but the facility aswell (and no I am not too scared to go in). I also found that if you stay in the ship looking at the monitor, the ghost girl's AI kind of glitches out and gets stuck so can't get you in most cases (I've seen this countless times as others and as myself being haunted, I've also seen her in the camera completely stuck while hunting you by just simply not turning around and looking at the door).
I just started and because one of my previous jobs was control room security it felt so good to be the teams Overwatch. We got more scrap and knew about the monsters’ location because of this setup.
Yeah, I've found that the two things I like to do the most are either play the terminal, or going in with a shovel to kill every thumper, snare flea and loot bug I can find. (Or in the case of a nutcracker being around I'm the one who usually is down to be the one to try and kill it)
@@PrinnyheroX I know how to work around (and often fight) every enemy in the game, I know all the map room layouts, I know basically all there is to know at the moment, so after playing normally a lot I find it fun to do something different every once in a while. Maybe don't send replies to comments that make you look like an immature dumbass?
tip, earthworms give off both a small rumble and big noticable earth rumble a bit later after theyve gotten to you, earthworms will go at a walking pace in the direction you were going to try and follow you. to avoid this at the sight of the ground shaking immediatly make a 180 and walk away/run if you can
one other really useful thing you can do with those dead end heavy door rooms is use it as a safe room, one time i used one of those to lock both my friends in while we coordinated a plan to get them out safely because the area was saturated with monsters
do note that vents are sometimes in these (red lines on the wall from the terminal pov) so make sure there aren't any before using them, if you have to try to be out in less than a minute
For people who use macros, have two kinds set up. One that is just Switch and another that is 3 switches so you can quickly cycle back and forth when you have 4 players. Being able to swap back and forth very quickly instead of manually needing to loop is super nice! Also, i couldnt recommend setting up a basic one that just buys one walkie talkie more. Super helpful when up against dogs.
16:02 Interesting little extra tip about jesters. If a jester pops inside the facility and begins to hunt everyone down, dropping all your items/having no weight will allow you enough walking speed to outpace the jester. You'll need to constantly walk around as it follows you, but I can confirm it works
@@MrFiveHimself I am under the impression jester speed was related to distance from targeted player. If jester is physically near p1 it will keep a steady pace unless p1 gaps it, then increase to catch up. If p1 dies it will FLY to the next target and slow down. Could be wrong, needs more testing.
@@johnKellett-xd3vu you can see it on another one of his videos, the monster guide one, that its a continuous increase and isnt related to distance. When he was hiding from it standing in a weird location, it slowly built up speed until he eventually stepped off and it ran towards him at mach 15. Im certain that ita continuous though im not too sure if its exponential or not
@@MrFiveHimselfthe jester in box form will have higher speed to compensate the distance between them and a player( if the player is somewhat close to it, it will have steady pace otherwise it will increase until it reaches a steady pace ) However, the longer the jester is in its attack form, the faster it will get over time. So box form has steady speed with a burst of acceleration to compensate for distance, its attack form will accelerate infinitely until no player remains in the facility ( either they die or they get out) Once no player remains, the jester returns to its normal box state.
Please upload some gameplay with comms of you playing as the terminal guy with your team, it would be cool to see how experienced players do at terminal
I don't think teleporting people out is completely useless, if their nooby and in a situation where they'll probably die, I'd rather have them alive for them to try to get their items back, loot more items, carry stuff back to the ship. I think it's better than too just leave them for dead. It's definitely a risk vs reward thing, and you have to carefully weigh your options but teleporting out live players can be the right move under specific circumstance.
I’ve taught most new players everything I could about the terminal, as it is a great introduction to the game. In the logs (hidden lore for the game) the original crew it was written about always made the new guy the terminal guy and that’s a pretty fun fact. My girlfriend said she enjoyed the terminal experience (even when it was just me and her) as she learned from watching me that most of the time there weren’t really as many threats as she thought at first. She also helped me identify thumpers and incoming enemies and over time grew accustomed to the idea of jumping up onto railing and shovelling them to death. Most of the time, me and her just play alone and I only ever bring a radio and occasionally a shovel.
Usually if you see a player shaking the camera as if saying NO, while hiding in a corner, that means they want out. Not always because of panic, in one instance I had 2 locked doors, and a spring blocking my only way out, with a slime slowly approaching. I just made the terminal guy realize I couldn't do anything (and I had no loot anyways) and wanted out of there.
Hey bro. You’re killing it. Most accurate and adept info on the game I’ve seen on RUclips. I’ve really enjoyed it and used a lot of your tips. Keep on hustling but don’t get burnt out on the daily uploads!
You can scroll to overlay any terminal menu over the radar monitor. Works with the encyclopedia, so you can read while monitoring if your fellow workers aren't inside the facility.
I like that camera mod, I think it would be really interesting for maps to have a chance to have camera's in them that you can buy an item to hack so you can actually see whats going on inside, or you can actually get that head camera not as a mod, but as an official thing.
All of these guides have been fantastic and very helpful I always love being able to show these tricks off to my friends and tell them about your guides
The radar booster can also be used to flash/stun enemies including the giant by typing "flash (booster name)" in terminal. Saw someone perma stun a giant with it
You can also use the teleporter to save people who are drowning in quicksand/mud as long as you have a walkie connection with them to know when it's happening. I actually recently did this to save my buddy while playing
Wow, TIL sanity is an actual thing in the game! Thanks for all the great advice. Question about radar boosters, do enemies view them as people? Friends and I had our first Rend trip the other day, while we were on our way out a Jester was next to the booster we left next to the front door and was already halfway through winding up
Yo Wurps, I found a new glitch involving the Teleporters, but it appears to only really work for players who joined a host, not the host themselves. Basically, you can frame-perfectly grab an Item as you get Teleported to bring that item with you, it works for both normal and Inverse Teleporter. As far as I can tell, if the Host tries this trick, it bugs out and causes them to be holding a “ghost item” and be unable to interact, at least when trying this trick with a 2 Handed Item, but this needs more testing. Additionally, after teleporting, the item you’re holding will have its weight subtracted from you, but you’re still holding it, so dropping the item will give you speed, probably “negative weight”. Additionally, if you’re going too fast, stopping will deal fall damage to you.
Maybe due to the desync between the host and players. Since the host is basically the server, they don’t lag at all, so picking up items will always register on the “server” instantly instead of with a slight delay.
Thanks for the guide! To make it even faster, instead of writing "con" when you want to confirm, you can straight up write "c" and works perfectly! Great content!!

I don’t ever use radar boosters inside the facility. They’re extremely helpful outside the ship, though. Radar boosters make a “hello?” voice line, attracting enemies sensitive to noise. If there’s a map that has dogs on it, put the radar booster away from the ship, and when you’re trying to get teammates back into the ship, keep pinging the radar booster through the terminal. It saved my teams’ asses several times, especially on Titan. Example: On Titan, after landing, turn on a radar booster and walk directly forward to the wall. Drop the radar booster, keep it on. When you have dogs spawning, begin pinging it and they will stay around the radar booster. When they stray, ping it again so they don’t go after players. This doesn’t mean your teammates can make noise, continue to keep a low profile. :) 11:04 thanks so much for the advice, i’ll definitely use the ghost girl tactic on the ship!!!
20:00 I had a dine run that had 7 turrets between the two entrances. Fire exit had 4 turrets ALL facing the door (we lost a crew member there cuz I couldn't type fast enough to get them all shut off in time) and there were another 3 at the main entrance but it was much more manageable. There was also around 20 mines and a few more turrets littered throughout the mansion. It was horrible lol
I’ll say, the monitor is still VERY quirky in its uses. It definitely has a lot left to be desired and is not near as polished as you wish it to be. I have constant bugs and glitches that occur where the access terminal prompt will randomly pop up and block the screen, the store and monitor will appear way further down that it has to be sometimes and other unmentioned bugs. The game is still really new so take the time to find these bugs and their counters. Other than that this video is awesome. I really look forward to more tutorials on how to setup macros for better terminal usage and etc. its so much damn fun to be “the guy in the chair” especially when youre really good at it
the flower man's dot moves so eerily on the map it gives me goosebumps when i see it coming up to someone. although, im glad i can recognize it so easily from just a pip on the map so i can call it out asap
I don't have numbers to give you, but I do know how these systems (typically) work. So there's an Overseer, the AI that spawns entities as the game goes on, and they are given a specific number of credits for each moon. Each entity costs a certain number of credits to spawn, have a max number that can spawn, and have a random chance per moon to spawn. So the overseer gets told "buy us a new entity" and spins a wheel with the entities on it. If they don't have enough credits for the result, or the max number has been spawned, then it spins again, and keeps doing this until it succeeds. I'm also fairly certain that interior and exterior entities are on separate credit systems, but I could be wrong.
WOOO, I just saw your other video on my last break at work and turned on the bell in anticipation of this one. Excited to watch this and make use of it when I get home tonight
We were using the skin walkers mod, and I, as the monitor guy does not have to deal with it. But, when someone heard my voice and immediately decided to walk towards the noise, somebody else just told me over walkie talkie,”he heard your voice and left, which is weird because you’re or the ship. Ami going to die?”
Pro tip: put the bed by the door for big item storage, put the shelves by thw charger for item and valuable storage, and most importantly put the terminal next to the monitors so you can quickly hit the buttons if you need to as soon as you exit the terminal If you place the terminal backwards in the corner you can even stay safe and hidden from the dogs
Hello could you please explain the monster power levels and space they take up in the spawn pool? I’ve never heard of that and it could be really useful!
Tip for handling dogs that might be roaming the ship while people are heading back with loot: buy a walkie/something cheap. The dropship music will make the dogs head toward it and hopefully distract long enough for people to go into the ship.
00:14 Terminal basics: Type commands in the terminal for actions; use shortcuts like "exper" for "experimentation." 01:04 Convenient camera and command switching: Use macros or copy-paste commands like "switch" for quick actions. 01:44 Toggling doors, turrets, and landmines: Control doors, shut down turrets, and seal monsters by typing commands associated with them. 03:33 Strategic monster handling: Sealing monsters in dead ends, especially effective against Brackens, can be a powerful strategy. 04:43 Helmet Cameras Mod: Enhance visibility with helmet cameras to monitor specific areas, aiding in strategic decisions. 05:52 Identifying threats on the radar: Differentiate dots on the radar for various threats, from snare fleas to Brackens, and use strategic approaches. 08:36 Safe spots and survival tips: Use cupboards as safe spots, avoid ghost encounters, and employ furniture strategically for protection. 09:59 Teleporter usage: Retrieve dead or alive teammates, save players from threats, and utilize the inverse teleporter for strategic placement. 10:42 Radar boosters and communication tools: Explore radar boosters and communication tools like the loud horn for effective team coordination. 13:05 Identifying dots on the terminal screen: Learn to identify various threats on the terminal screen, such as snare fleas, slimes, and thumpers. 18:04 Forbidden macros: Advanced users can create macros to manipulate turrets and mines for strategic control but should be cautious due to potential mistyping.
I'm guessing that every moon (based on it's difficulty) has a power level cap of enemies say C is like 10 vs S+ being 40 (I don't know the actual numbers) and every monster spawned takes up power, like he said bracken is a 3 so it would take up 3 power, leaving only 7 on C moons (again a guestimate) i'm also guessing that the power levels of enemies is based on their lethality or danger, with a snarefly or hoard bug being a 1, goop maybe being a 2, bracken and maybe thumper being a 3, and coil head and jester being a 4. These are just my guesses cause i haven't read up on them
I think power level aside, imo its more useful to just be aware of the mob types per moon (its still being updated, but the wiki does a decent job!). Since we wont really ever know the actual math in a game until we encounter a load of mobs, its more useful to prep for the most likely mob types per moon (e.g. forested moons seem to spawn brackens at a much higher rate, ghost girl doesnt spawn on all, etc
I have a question, what are your macro buttons for view monitor/switch?? I have set mine to a function key which is not used in the game, but I am just curious on what your preferences are.
1:39 you DO NOT need to disable the view monitor to interact with other menus. When the view monitor is enabled, you just need to *scroll down* since the terminal adds a bunch of new lines to not block the view monitor.
Shorthand commands I often use: c = confirm d = deny exp = experimentation ass = assurance com = the company building walk = walkie-talkie pro = pro-flashlight
For real though, why isn't the Helmet Cameras a upgrade in the base game? The game actively punishes you for talking with the Eyeless Dogs so I'm not too sure why the mod isn't just a real feature, hopefully a update to the game adds it in.
You can use c or d for confirm or deny, but you already know that at this point. As a programmer, it makes me very happy. Also, I have yet to find a more reliable method for switching monitors than just pressing the button. It's instant. I find using the terminal as the monitor to be slow, and macros is a weird workaround for what should be built-in shortcuts instead. I place the terminal at an angle to the left of the main desk, so it's angled toward me for minimal camera movement. Great video! Also, I'm glad to see that the available codes were confirmed. That's a lot easier to manage for global shutdown haha.
Fun Fact: you can build a 'anti-ghost girl contraption' by using the file cabinet, a teleporter, and the item cupboard. Place the cupboard in a position so it's rear or front (rear preferred) faces the camera area, then place the cupboard so it's thin side faces that same area, then place the teleporter on top of the file cupboard, making sure it touches the cupboard. From there you climb on top of the cabinet, then on the teleporter, crouch, and then you should be able to fairly easily (it may take a bit) for you to move up from the teleporter to the top of the cupboard. Congratulations! Now the ghost girl is unable to kill you.
@@Wurps Yeah I just learned that too, apparently she has some real funky formulas for calculating when to chase, so she'll never actually try to kill you if you just can't see her
you only really need the first 3 letters of anything for the terminal, and use c/d to confirm or deny, as an example (pro 3 c) is buy pro-flashlight 3 confirm or (exp c) over moons experimentation confirm. there's also a small bug in the game you can exploit to get equipment into your next run after venting, aslong as it needs to be delivered, you can order you next round of kit with your soon to be null and void money before getting fired an it'll be delivered to your fresh start moon.
honestly the only part that's preventing me from truly mastering the terminal gameplay is that my dyslexia keeps making me read letters wrong especially with stuff like i1, I'd read that as r1 on the terminal!

This game looks very intriguing but I would be both either too easily frightened or too dumb to fill one of the roles. Still a very entertaining video, thanks. 😊
Yeah its like fnaf except you can actually explore, and thats just one part of the game!

Additional tidbit (might be a bug): You can use the walkies whilst on the terminal, as long as it's selected on the hotbar beforehand.
If they remove it Ill be pissed. It would be so inconvenient to have to get off the terminal every time I need to relay info
Wait really?! Ive been going on and off

They can flash?
@@zoboomafoo. Yes
Confirm can be shortened to "c" and deny "d". Also, most commands that aren't top level can be shortened to 3 letters, and you don't have to be in the respective menus to issue most commands. This means typing "fla 4" then "c" from the startup page of the terminal buys 4 flashlights
You can do "switch pla" to switch to specific player "player". This is more helpful on games with larger lobbies.
With the loud horn we do: 1 pull is dogs, 2 pulls means giants, 3 is leviathan, LONG pull is nighttime come back (only a couple minutes to midnight)
Sorry to spam if anyone else has mentioned these, but thought they could be helpful to other members of the company. Good luck reaching your quotas!
I'd add to maybe shorten the pull so they could respond faster, like 1 pull is Bracken + Coilhead + Sandworm and the shortest so they'll know to look around for threats, 2 pulls is dogs + giants so they crouch, then long pull for 4 PM when outside threats spawn, then another long pull for 10 PM to quickly get back.
you can also just do "switch" for the monitor command
Just admit that youre scared bro
Yeah, I've found that the two things I like to do the most are either play the terminal, or going in with a shovel to kill every thumper, snare flea and loot bug I can find. (Or in the case of a nutcracker being around I'm the one who usually is down to be the one to try and kill it)
@@PrinnyheroX I know how to work around (and often fight) every enemy in the game, I know all the map room layouts, I know basically all there is to know at the moment, so after playing normally a lot I find it fun to do something different every once in a while. Maybe don't send replies to comments that make you look like an immature dumbass?
I think the ghost girl doesn't glitch out, she's just not supposed to come for you until you physically look at her.
tip, earthworms give off both a small rumble and big noticable earth rumble a bit later after theyve gotten to you, earthworms will go at a walking pace in the direction you were going to try and follow you. to avoid this at the sight of the ground shaking immediatly make a 180 and walk away/run if you can
Just after I watched the creature guide and wondered how to identify different types of enemies on the radar, very useful.

pretty much. the gas they produce is harmless. don’t get up in his face and you’re fine.
one other really useful thing you can do with those dead end heavy door rooms is use it as a safe room, one time i used one of those to lock both my friends in while we coordinated a plan to get them out safely because the area was saturated with monsters
that's kinda brilliant, never thought about the doors that way. I'll keep that in mind.
do note that vents are sometimes in these (red lines on the wall from the terminal pov) so make sure there aren't any before using them, if you have to try to be out in less than a minute
Hmm, I like the 3 switches to go back idea, might try that
Time to send this to my truck guy so he stops getting us killed. Thanks for the guide, Cheers!
Hope you live!
16:02 Interesting little extra tip about jesters. If a jester pops inside the facility and begins to hunt everyone down, dropping all your items/having no weight will allow you enough walking speed to outpace the jester. You'll need to constantly walk around as it follows you, but I can confirm it works
This is true i outwalked a jester with a flashlight only
Thats only temporary though. Jesters exponentially increase speed until everyone is either dead or outside.
Im certain that ita continuous though im not too sure if its exponential or not
@@MrFiveHimselfthe jester in box form will have higher speed to compensate the distance between them and a player( if the player is somewhat close to it, it will have steady pace otherwise it will increase until it reaches a steady pace )
However, the longer the jester is in its attack form, the faster it will get over time. So box form has steady speed with a burst of acceleration to compensate for distance, its attack form will accelerate infinitely until no player remains in the facility ( either they die or they get out)
Once no player remains, the jester returns to its normal box state.
Please upload some gameplay with comms of you playing as the terminal guy with your team, it would be cool to see how experienced players do at terminal
That's a plan for sure
I don't think teleporting people out is completely useless, if their nooby and in a situation where they'll probably die, I'd rather have them alive for them to try to get their items back, loot more items, carry stuff back to the ship. I think it's better than too just leave them for dead.
It's definitely a risk vs reward thing, and you have to carefully weigh your options but teleporting out live players can be the right move under specific circumstance.
Same here, if they are in a bad spot like they are super lost or corner with too many monsters, being thrown to door loot fetching aint all that bad
The vocal cadence you have when you’re explaining your tips is very similar to Alton Brown’s.
A compliment in my opinion. Great video!
Your guides have been very useful. Thanks!
Glad you enjoyed
Well I didn't!
I feel like I’m going to see one of your videos 10 years later when lethal company becomes a timeless game
All of these guides have been fantastic and very helpful I always love being able to show these tricks off to my friends and tell them about your guides
The radar booster can also be used to flash/stun enemies including the giant by typing "flash (booster name)" in terminal. Saw someone perma stun a giant with it
I have a guide for that!
I don’t even play this game yet I find myself watching your guides
Welcome aboard, intern
You can also use the teleporter to save people who are drowning in quicksand/mud as long as you have a walkie connection with them to know when it's happening. I actually recently did this to save my buddy while playing
Wow, TIL sanity is an actual thing in the game! Thanks for all the great advice. Question about radar boosters, do enemies view them as people? Friends and I had our first Rend trip the other day, while we were on our way out a Jester was next to the booster we left next to the front door and was already halfway through winding up
They don't view them as people, otherwise my clip with the jester retracting with only a radar booster in there would be impossible
babe wake up new terminal guide just dropped

Excellent video, going to absolutely destroy the next moon with the boys. Thanks 🙏

thanks so much for the advice, i’ll definitely use the ghost girl tactic on the ship!!!

This is a really good video. I learned some things from this myself, and I will definitely be sharing it with my teammates.
Thanks, glad it helped!
I had been looking for a guide like this for a while I think youre the first one to make it
I’ll say, the monitor is still VERY quirky in its uses.
I really look forward to more tutorials on how to setup macros for better terminal usage and etc. its so much damn fun to be “the guy in the chair” especially when youre really good at it
You can also type switch playername to switch to a particular player. It's also pretty good about accepting partial names
You don't need to go to store to buy things, you can just write proflash 2 and it will counts as 2 proflashlights.
I have actually been patiently waiting for this and kept checking your profile! Thank you so much!
btw confirm can just be "c"
the flower man's dot moves so eerily on the map it gives me goosebumps when i see it coming up to someone. although, im glad i can recognize it so easily from just a pip on the map so i can call it out asap
I would love to know more about this enemy “point system” seems useful to know how much a larger enemy spawn will impact other spawns on the map
@@championCynthia2348 the "overseer" as you put it is usually called the director
@@alt1763 ah yes, thank you, I was struggling for the word last night!

That macro might be good to run once at the start of the mission then just open the doors as you need them
How does a macro work for something like that? Is it writing the full name and confirm automatically?
@@danielhorsburgh874 it’s goes though every possible name and enters them
We were using the skin walkers mod, and I, as the monitor guy does not have to deal with it. But, when someone heard my voice and immediately decided to walk towards the noise, somebody else just told me over walkie talkie,”he heard your voice and left, which is weird because you’re or the ship. Ami going to die?”
Pro tip: put the bed by the door for big item storage, put the shelves by thw charger for item and valuable storage, and most importantly put the terminal next to the monitors so you can quickly hit the buttons if you need to as soon as you exit the terminal
If you place the terminal backwards in the corner you can even stay safe and hidden from the dogs
I like how when you save someone with the teleporter you point at them like you're saying "I gotchu homie"

No, more can spawn to replace them, perhaps worse terrors
as the guy who stays in the ship, i see this as an absolute masterpiece video, i call this job [The guy on the chair]
Tip for handling dogs that might be roaming the ship while people are heading back with loot: buy a walkie/something cheap. The dropship music will make the dogs head toward it and hopefully distract long enough for people to go into the ship.

"The ghost girl can't get you... Because she is short" I cackled at this part. Thanks for the great video. It's really helpful!
There are only 24 possible/valid codes, might be helpful to reduce your script:
b3, c1, c2, c7, d6, f2, h5, i1, j6, k9, l0, m6, m9, o5, p1, r2, r4, t2, u2, u9, v0, x8, y9, z3
Damn massive tip potentially, now that I think about it those are super common..
You sound like the guy that says "Great Asset to the Company."
Can you elaborate on the 'power level' of mobs? I haven't read anything about this and find it useful!
2:35 i already know this because i do the funny closeing the door right in your face joke
I have a question, what are your macro buttons for view monitor/switch?? I have set mine to a function key which is not used in the game, but I am just curious on what your preferences are.
That Bracken trick is a game changer!
1:39 you DO NOT need to disable the view monitor to interact with other menus. When the view monitor is enabled, you just need to *scroll down* since the terminal adds a bunch of new lines to not block the view monitor.
Shorthand commands I often use:
c = confirm
d = deny
exp = experimentation
ass = assurance
com = the company building
walk = walkie-talkie
pro = pro-flashlight
Mutliple brackens can spawn in a level, especially if multiple are rolled at the start of a match so stay aware
This is a lot more in depth then i was expecting
if you kill a monster does that free up their danger level for new spawn or is it gone permanently?
It does free up the danger! Trapping is best if possible
You can also for confirm and deny by typing C or D
For real though, why isn't the Helmet Cameras a upgrade in the base game? The game actively punishes you for talking with the Eyeless Dogs so I'm not too sure why the mod isn't just a real feature, hopefully a update to the game adds it in.
To be fair, the dogs can only run in a single direction of sound so baiting is part of the plan, also you can type to message with the radio
This is the best guide I've seen on this game so far. Props to you Wurpy guy.
4:36 i laughed, just casually talking while your teammate got his neck snapped through the door 😂
this guy let 8 pro flashlights just go, he pissed me off… I’m subbing
These tips are so practical and useful. Thanks a lot!
Anytime!
0:30 in stead of writing con, you could write c, also you only have to write the first three letters of most things to do them
Fun Fact: you can build a 'anti-ghost girl contraption' by using the file cabinet, a teleporter, and the item cupboard.
All you need is to put the terminal in the back corner spot like I have it, total immunity to ghost
@@Wurps Yeah I just learned that too, apparently she has some real funky formulas for calculating when to chase, so she'll never actually try to kill you if you just can't see her
1:34 note that you can still access the store, bestiary, and more with the monitor displayed by scrolling down, the text simply overlaps with the map.
fun fact, you can type just C or D for confirm or deny
you only really need the first 3 letters of anything for the terminal, and use c/d to confirm or deny, as an example (pro 3 c) is buy pro-flashlight 3 confirm or (exp c) over moons experimentation confirm.
there's also a small bug in the game you can exploit to get equipment into your next run after venting, aslong as it needs to be delivered, you can order you next round of kit with your soon to be null and void money before getting fired an it'll be delivered to your fresh start moon.
I had no idea you could buy and confirm in the same line
honestly the only part that's preventing me from truly mastering the terminal gameplay is that my dyslexia keeps making me read letters wrong especially with stuff like i1, I'd read that as r1 on the terminal!
