I am a born Adventist. I heard and read all this from childhood. Understanding all he is saying, is easy. I only have to stop at the referred Bible texts to read again for refreshment.

Can't wait for remaining trumpet studies. I respect Pastor Bohr immensely, yet curious to know how he will address the times found in trumpets 5 and 6 of which E.G. White in the Great Controversy writes was a "remarkable fulfillment of prophecy" that offered "a wonderful impetus" "to the advent movement." Where can someone find his original trumpet studies?

@@MrRoqui11 Thank you for sharing your comment. I actually fully support the pioneer interpretation of the trumpets as was preached during the 1840-1844 advent movement. This presentation was interesting and thorough, but didn't address the time that was fulfilled and that brought force to the movement. My position is that I'm not quick to reinterpret or set aside the time that is present in the trumpets. The fulfillment of the times found in the 5th and 6th trumpets and woes (Revelation 9:5, 10, 15; 11:11) marked out our advent position, and I ultimately believe that to reinterpret prophecies that have already been positioned firmly by time in the advent movement timeline is not a safe prophetic position. The pioneer interpretation of the trumpets is in perfect harmony with the order of the prophecies of Daniel and Revelation, especially as you understand the first four trumpets addressing Western Rome and remaining trumpets and woes dealing with Eastern Rome and the Papal power. What many individuals don't often see or focus on in the trumpet history is that, while the history contains the fall of Imperial Rome, it is also the story of the transition to the rise of the Papacy. If we study a detailed history of the first four trumpets in the framework of it being the fall of the Western Rome, we can also greater insights into rise of the papacy as described in Daniel 11:30-32a. If we understand the 5th and 6 trumpets in the framework of it being the fall of Eastern Rome, then the time makes an abundance of sense and positions the prophecy in an immovable position as waymarks of the advent timeline. Additionally, if we understand the woes and also the remaining trumpets (5-7) as scourges against the the papacy, then we can understand its judgment and ultimate fall (Daniel 7:26; 11:40; Revelation 14: 17-20; Chapters 15-17; 18:8-10). Daniel's & Revelation's prophecies give tremendous detail as to how each of the great nations dealt with in prophecy rose and fell.
I just want to mention that I also don't apply this prophecy to God's remnant church in any way. God's true remnant church--the people who love God and keep His commandments--will triumph in the end. I fully believe that we are living under the sound of the 7th trumpet (Daniel 7:13; Colossians 1:26; Ephesians 1:9, 10; 3:3, 6; 6:19); thus, we are living in the time of the last contest between the mystery of God and the mystery of iniquity (Daniel 8:14; 11:44, 45; 12:1; Isaiah 44:22; Acts 3:19; Revelation 13:8; 17:8; 20:12).
