I am an animator from the US of A, born and raised on cartoons and video games. I work primarily in Flash CS5. My life goal is to make cartoons that really resonate with people, through comedy or otherwise. Ninja Brian is in every scene; the problem is, he's too damn sneaky to be seen, even by the one who put him there, so you can't find him anymore.

Andrew Kau He's in between the two Mycarubas while Suzy and Mayor Luigi are talking about how they don't know what's going to happen and how they're in a fine pickle, but it's only for a second.

The beauty of this video is that the story and all of the clips are inspired by Game Grumps audio clips. So if a full movie were to be made, it would have to use a MASSIVE amount of clips. So here's the work around for it:
Step 1: Create the skeleton of the story (Frozen in time, facing Micaruba, fighting, the final showdown, etc.)
Step 2: Create a MadLibs style layout for the script
Step 3: Create a website where people can insert GG quotes into the MadLibs sections
Step 4: Wait for the GG fan community to come flooding in (trust me, they will)
Step 5: Bring in animators
Step 6: RUclips Immortality
we need this STAT
There is also the fact that it doesn't have to be 90 minutes or two hours. I think people would still get super excited about a 45 minute Game Grumps movie.

Or y'know...just hire the Game Grumps to voice it. The process would be cheaper and less convoluted. People bash Arin all the time, but if nothing else, his devotion to artistic integrity over business is commendable, and I think he would be on board with a big Grump-related project that a team of animators requests of him. And I think Arin, Barry, Danny, and Ross would not only use their individual talents to help out for free, but they would probably chip in or rally a fundraiser. Maybe a so-and-so percentage to charity thing.
Granted, it would all probably be a nightmare to accomplish, but all endeavors are nightmares to accomplish. Animators know this better than anyone. I think a GG internet movie would yield a ton of successful merchandising, but I'm not businessman. And even if I was, it's hard to say what is and what isn't worth making for the internet audience.
The limitations are what created the story. Once you stop using clips, you have to write dialogue and come up with an original story and it gets even more complicated. Plus there's just something more creative to repurposing audio clips like this.

I hear ya. It wouldn't have the same feel to it as the nostalgic pre-recordings, but I think what it lacks in that nostalgia, it'll make up for in original material. I have a hard time believing any animation featuring Arin voicing an exaggerated version of himself could possibly be bad.
As for plot, I'd be more worried about trying to construct a plot around a bunch of pre-recorded audio clips. The limitations are what created the story, sure, but that doesn't mean constructing a movie would be plausible. Yeah, sure, a bunch of vaguely-jointed scenes with two-line quips each can be strung into a coherent _summary_ of a movie well enough, but creating said fully-structured movie that moves along at a fluid pace? Naah.

2:40 what amuses me is the idea that at some point in this whole adventure Danny puts on a Luigi costume, a monocle, and just starts talking like that in a life or death situation. Because he's Danny Sexbang and that's totally something he would do.
