The death of a once great game. This game peaked at .7, it once had three types of planes, trucks, suvs, boats, paddle boards, quads, multiple types of motorcycles, buildable rafts, bicycles, even a tractor. The physics of driving these was wonderful, riding a Harley mc you had the felling of actually riding a Harley. All this was scrapped and replaced with 2 ugly cars, 1 mc & 1 boat. The physics of driving the cars gives you the fake feel of center point vehicles from the late 90's video games.
The updates from .8 onward have steadily degraded the game, Bringing un-fun to play features like broken modular building and a horrible fatigue system. Even longtime Scum streamers have spoken out about the horrible changes. It's almost like the devs are trying to kill off the game.
@Evelyn Rothschild Yes there is alot of talk about the game, The devs have listened to those long time creators and are making changes. I think we will see a great change in 0.85. Don't give up on the game, deep down you know it has potential. It's still beta. Appreciate your support.

You asked about your sound. Well, your voice sound is pretty much perfect i would say, your game sounds are a bit louder though, but not by much. You could try normalising the video sound when editing which would bring them to the same level.
I managed to sort that loud sound of Bush cutting etc. In OBS, just took abit of fiddling around. Thank you though, I am definitely aiming to get better . Hope you enjoy your weekend bro, much love.

I started playing this game because of this playthrough and its safe to say i am crap at this game. I happened to start in the same place as you and i must say you have been sooooooo lucky with the stuff you are finding. I have found bugger all. 90% of all the stuff i search is empty. I started watching this series a second time now just to make sure i didnt miss anything. Are you playing a vanilla game? I now nothing about this game so i dont even now if it is possible to change any game settings apart from those offered in character creation.
Great to hear you giving the game a try. Yes you can change your settings for singleplayer. Mr feudal has a video on RUclips explaining how to change this. Vanilla loot is set at 1x, I have changed mine to 2.5x. You can also check out the 2 videos I put on for beginners if you are interested on getting started. I just found your channel, so I don't know if you know this little trick, but if you craft something like arrows you can then press Alt + c when your out of the menu and keep crafting the last item you crafted.
Yeah I do know this, I use that with building, the arrows for me mess with my free view when I do that. Because you hold alt to turn your head while running. So when I alt c for arrows it locks my camera. Haha, weird I know. Think it's just keybinds. Also welcome to the channel brother. Appreciate you checking it out.
In terms of car parts: at the current patch level you need not only the jack but also a car repair kit in your inventory. Every action in terms of car parts cost you some points. Without a repair kit in your inventory the option to add/remove a car part will be grayed out. _I think its a workaround of the current game status because it does not make sense. The car health for example is not used atm, you can drive your car against what you want, no damage. Also the collision to puppets its not enabled.... its a big WIP.. if you plan to start to play you should consider to wait a few weeks until the new car system is fully enabled.
Yes, I released this. You will see in the next episode. Was funny moments...I think with 0.85 around the corner, these issues with the cars will be addressed.
@@Mrwolfgames I am a bit behind but i had to say it - i did not knowed it. Tried to run to a car just with a missing battery, jack and battery in the backpack, Did not worked, had to run back to outpost. Planned was to drive back. Needed like 2:15m for that at all, looked then to the sign with "cars will despawn after 2h" and the empty place where my real car was parked. Was not my best day in Scum. :)
I was in the same situation. I bought what I thought I needed, had to run back to traders. Was a mad mission run haha

Yeah, I managed to adjust those sounds, but on the recent episodes after a update a few weeks back, some volumes, eg. The car or boat sounds is crazy loud and I cannot counter it. Appreciate yiur feedback.
