I would watch a review of that Amida Digitrend you mentioned. I think the mechanical component, designed to look like a digital display. Are they utilizing a jump-hour complication?
6:49 finally bring up the movement, I wanted a comparison on quality, accuracy and reliability. "A movement of this caliber can be found in these watches at this price point" I love the watch, I'd get it.
I tried to get one, but I had to answer "no" to the GP ownership question. I'll get a vintage GP (or maybe an earlier pre-owned Casquette) and try again next time there's an offering. I probably had no actual chance w/o a GP in my collection already, but it's a fixable problem. My collection is over half quartz, and I _will_ have a Casquette. I'm just not sure which one yet. I count on more Casquette releases, and I'll have a better chance next time. Congrats to everyone who snagged a Casquette 2.0 Titanium & Gold ! Really cool watch.
@@wristenthusiast so I’m guessing it’s probably most likely like how some of the G-Shock bracelets are done then. Do you know roughly the size wrist it would fit? I’m 7 1/4 and I’m guessing extra links might be hard to come by if it doesn’t fit.
You may not believe it, I just bought this GP 6 days ago and the review is coming out right now! Thanks!!
Can’t wait to see it!

Who else is here because of the Wrist Enthusiast episode "Best of Watches 2024"?

Driver style watches are awesome. I'm glad that GP brought this back.

Great review Craig 💪💪 very interesting piece id wear it

Sold out in less than a week. Luckily I'm getting one.
Bulova Computron
Buy an Armitron Griffy, that is legible. What an absurd piece of nonsense. Different only for difference sake.
Couldn't understand this watch in any level, jokes
No.
This is an embarrassment for GP
How so?
Awesome review. I already reached out to my GP rep for one. You don’t have to cut the inside rubber to size the bracelet do you?
Nope it uses spring bars so you can always add them back in! Pretty smart way of doing it

You’ll be fine. I have a 6.75 inch wrist and it fits well but I had to take some links out
