Really enjoyed listening to this. Some great wisdom here. I think I have lost my confidence recently and I'm slowly getting it back. In trading we can often be isolated from others and it's very easy to think you are the only person feeling that way or the only one experiencing these things, while everyone else around you is being super successful. Listening to things like this is really good at helping you realise you are not weird but actually very normal 😊😊😊

do what’s painful, notice your not supposed to know, or be comfortable in trading, so do what’s painful .so you understand the habit of how. to trade. doing what’s painful is the truth because that’s the reality check

So relatable. I was in the same boat as this traded she mentioned, up the same amount and then held down till my profit had shrunk by 66%. For the same reasons she mentioned as well.. glad you’ve put this episode together, together. Awesome.

discipline and plus inspiration, to input discipline in daily life to incorporate that into the idea of trading, follow discipline in daily life as much as trading, discipline is very important input it into overall lifestyle let it change the discipline you trade. to incorporate the habit day after day that discipline . i learned i have a reality check context frame that i have a lot to improve as a trader, to improve my self picture as a trader
