It’s a beautiful horse sculpture. I would first ask around town in shops to see if anyone knows the owner personally! Relationships and friendliness can get you far! ❤
That's a really good idea. And with the property on the older side, I'm leaning toward the possibility of this being an older owner... who might have some amazing stories!
Go Candace! Keep in mind, there's a wide range of people covered by "religious" - if they're doing it right, if they're actually following the spirit of what the founders of their religion intended, you'll meet wonderful people. I wish that could be guaranteed. I can't wait to find out the horse's story!
Oh yes, of course. ♥ Where I live though, there is unfortunately a dominant religion that likes to control our State politics (which I won't get into!), among many other things. I have personal experiences with this particular religion and some of its leaders, and they're all quite bad. So! If this heads down that road a bit.. we'll just see about putting it in reverse and trying other avenues 😅
Good luck on your journey to find out more about him! He looks very cool. I will have to listen to those podcast episodes. I really want to do more art this year but I always struggle to find the time and energy to.
Thank you! And, I totally hear you on the art stuff. I haven't made any flat, tangible art for SO long. A lot of it health-related, a lot of it mentally/emotionally-related.. art is a sincere form of personal creativity and if it's not in you to do it, it can't be forced (I don't think). For a while I felt guilty for not making art until I realized I don't HAVE to. It's not my day job. It's something for me to enjoy and WANT to do, and that'll come when it's ready. I also noticed if I spent time looking at things--noticing things in different areas of the internet and yard/neighborhood and on drives that were all outside of routine, I felt little sparkles of inspiration. Things to paint and draw. I hope, if you want it, it's something you'll find again soon. 💜

I’m so excited for this series!
Aw thank you! I am too; and a little bit nervous! haha
