Thank you very much for your comments ! 🙏😊, what I want to share with everyone here is: to relax our own ink lines is indeed a gradual process. This process is actually discussing and negotiating with ourselves, which is to let ourselves change the "the most perfect standard" in our minds. I found that the line I used to quickly draw drafts was the most relaxing line. Once I started to draw formal sketches, the lines would become stiff and would draw too many details, so I began to practice accepting that it was not perfect, but they are very relaxed and free lines, so, more practice, you will find that your ink lines will become lively and better and better!
Can you tell us, how much difference does using a fude pen make? In other words, if I start using this kind of pen, will I make better or faster progress to having more relaxed lines? I’m really enjoying your videos and I’m so glad I discovered you!
I love your art style, love the simple presentation, and the absence of mindless chatter and abrasive music. With regard to the artwork intself, I find yours to be the best ink and wash instructionals on RUclips, simply by watching what you do and how you do it. I struggle with "loosening" my lines, though I greatly prefer the look of loose ink and loose watercolor. In short, I love your artwork. Thank you for these videos. They're truly inspiring, helpful and simply beautiful to look at.
Thank you so much for your comment! 🙏😊 I hope that through the display of these videos, everyone can record and praise the beauty of life in a more relaxed way of sketching, and enjoy the happiness brought by loose ink sketches.
Boy oh boy! What a lovely painting! The drawing was great and then you broke out the mop brush and I was like ... WTH? Looking forward to following you.
Your videos are so inspiring. So often I just don't know where to start and I end up doing nothing. Watching these videos helps me understand better how to break down a scene into small drawable chunks, if that makes sense. Thank you so much for sharing.
To me that makes perfect sense. I do that as well. Watch a video, be inspired, look at my art supplies, think about how to start...and watch another video to help me „getting better“...before I start...You know what helped me? Not that I am not trapped in the video-after-video-buying-the-same-supplies-they-have-thing... But there was one point, focusing my mind on really doing something myself. It was: „If you want to learn how to play the piano, what would you do?“ -Play the Piano or watch a video? And what would you expect? Being Mozart immediately, because you watched videos? That breaks it down to a point that even my „I-wanna-watch-the-video“-self understands. Let’s do it. Let’s maybe go outside and stay bravely out there for ONE HOUR without our cellphone to watch a video...come back home and see what we learned. Probably there is even a painting in our Sketchbook...
I love, love, love your linework. It's just mesmerizing watching you drawing with the fountain pen, in one stroke, back and forth. (Don't get me wrong, personally I don't like the colors today 🤗) Will give it a try 😊 Thank you for this great video

I love your work! You’ve inspired me - I just ordered my very first fountain pen.
Thank you! I wish you enjoy your new fountain pen.😄
Love that, so simple yet the painting/sketch is much more appealing than the photograph.
Loving working with a fountain pen👍👍
