In your opinion, would this be a good fixture for mounting under your speakers? I was thinking if you had one under each speaker, it would be all the lights you need for an average Event.
Hi........ I have 35 years of experience so please consider my advice as credible. When you mount a light fixture under a speaker, on the speaker stand or on top of a speaker, you are drastically shortening the life span of the light fixture. Why? Harsh vibrations harm the laser diodes and the LED diodes. It's the equivalent of dropping one of your lights on the floor 100's of times in one evening. You can kill a brand new laser light doing this just one time! Especially if you run your bass very high. You would be much better off buying a cheap T-Bar and putting it up behind you. I realize mounting a light fixture onto your speaker stands can save you set up time and enable you to lug less equipment into your gig, so it's tempting to try it. But don't do it. You're light will be ruined very quickly.
there is a newer light now that adds another lite called the boombox fx2 well worth it for the price. If you look online you can find them as low as 219 for the fx2 but it says B stock so not sure if they are slightly not perfect or what. grade A is like 299.
damn!....I need that
Your demos are always good, dude.
Thanks for demonstrating this fixture. Looking forward to the big room demo.
ANOTHER GREAT REVIEW BRIAN!!!
Kool light! How does it look outside?

MrBklein31 its better to put this lights to a TBar tripod and more secure too. especially you plan to get two of this.

tks blissful, I'll look into it. I found the gigbar IRC for like $358 that's my other option right now.
I bet looks great on a ceiling.
dj Simon WXM looks great to Tbar tripod
What do you think about the Solena Gobo Monster fixture? Hahaha
Boom, Clap!
wow!
Gobos moving way too fast in the same pattern. Guessing DMX won't allow gobo choices and pan speed.
