And today I am back with the very first video of 2024!
I will show you how to crochet cute bear and frog wallet/card holder/pouch which is another version of my magic pouch’s bear and frog.
You would absolutely love this tutorial as it is almost no-sew and easy to follow. (You only have to sew the smile of the frog but nothing else)

for the 2nd round around the 5:00 min marks, do we have to DC the stiches, rotate the work and continue? like it should be 36 DC (+2 from the 2chains added after R1 2nd step at the end) ?so 38 DC if we did 18 chains at the beginning?
(i did 20 so it would be 40 DC + 2DC right?)

I’ve tried this three times but my edges don’t come out straight 😢 advice please?
its because the tension on each stitch is different, try your best to keep the tension the same every stitch
My tension stays the same...because of the increase at R2 my piece does not stay even. I to have taken it down to R1 3xs 😢
Before starting the next row do chain 5-6
really well done, only one point: as a left handed I struggled a lot in few passages

Did you make the part with button hole with two rows of double stitches, one seems too thin for it to fit properly
Yes 2 rows. The hole is on the second row. The yarn is stretchy so it was not a problem for me🤔
Thank you, didnt catch you mentioning it in the video, but i figured it must me. My yarn is also milk cotton and luckily it is stretchy.
Sorry if this is kinda a dumb question, how did you put the safety eyes on the bear without the back sticking through?
As you can see in Material part, the eyes I used are not safety eyes.
When I need to add safety eyes to a flat project, I melt the safety eyes with a lighter and push the melted parts flat
