Sir I can tell u about it , I have this desease and I am totally normal just prob is that it takes time to settle down pain and and it comes back on regular bases and I will prefer not to leave sports completely play in limit but play 👍
I have this deaseses in my right tibia (leg)and I am normal with it I dont prefer surgery for it because I don't think there is need I can run at max 21kmph without getting pain so I am normal
