    I have a doubt. Idiopathic TN have no causes.
    But it's etiology is described as vascular compression. So shouldn't it be classified under secondary TN since a cause is present.

    Hello sir in MRI it's detected vessel displaying or distroting the nerve root. And after carbamezapine pain is reduced but not much..... while chewing anything feel Electric show near right side of face at chin portion please suggest proper medecation or best operation for it
