Lee Joon deserves multiple awards for his performance in this show. Absolutely blows me away with his acting, scene after scene! Haven't seen such fine acting in a drama in a while. It's a pity he's off for his service just when a lot of people are becoming aware of him as a multi-talented artist.

First time commenter here. Since the Mom's confession, I've never had a problem with the way MY is handling her Dad's deceit and the way this scene ended. In previous episodes, MY told JH that on the issues between her Dad and JH, she will always fall on the side of JH. Even back then, she truly loved JH even though she didn't realize it was not a sibling love. MY took Dad's deceit as not only an affront to herself, but more importantly to JH. This shows she truly does love him and is loyal to him so it was easy to be honest with him about how she's feeling now. Sure it would have been easy for the writers to have MY and JH run into each other's arms and find comfort in each other, but in a way they are. They know each other's feelings are strong and they know that the other one will be waiting at the end of this tunnel.
when JH back hugged her with matching bgm i was dying with happiness but when she removed his hand i was like "oh come on not again no nooooooooo aigoo huhu"...my poor desperate heart can't take this any longer i'm gonna die i swear!! Mr. director, have mercy on us...please! T_T
as a watch this scene I can't stop crying. tears keep on falling from my eyes and I can"t stop it. may be because this scene is too sad for my favorite couple. when will their sorrow ends.

It totally makes sense to me now when there is no kiss scene yet. This relationship is about deep love and understanding towards each other. i will wait too along with miyoung and joonghee

I watched one clip of behind the seen MY saying "needs to go well their relationship in able to finish. Though Jh said it's kind of not going well. Hoping also for their happy ending. I really like them. 😊 Jh will wait. Love waits. 😢 sober..

I can understand their emotional and MY not accepting JH feeling as she feels hurt if what her father did to him. However, I feel that the most important thing is JH. He forgive her father for doing what he did to him, why others can't understand. I mean the most hurting is JH who lost his father again after knowing his father is not real father. MY on the other hand hate his father for stealing JH father name and identity and hurting JH family but her father has no other way because he was a prisoner in the past. Overall, I just hope the scriptwriter can end this drama on a high. This drama scene should happen earlier on episode 30+ and not 40+. Another note, I hope the scriptwriter can give this couple more scenetime. 🙏
I agree, but I also feel that poor JH made himself forgive Papa Lee a bit quicker than he would have (of course I'm glad that he got to that point) - just for the sake of MY cause he clearly saw how completely she withdrew herself from him and basically panicked.
Missmethinksalot1 for me I think he forgive too late as he took more than 10episode to forgive a little. If he forgive earlier maybe MY will not be so hurt now and be with JH. As of now, MY can't forgive his dad for doing what he did to JH, but he also understands JH and love him so he can't be with him now as she is mixed with guilt.
