i think they just switch the character in a purpose, Angry Bird is known as Ken user and Tokido with his murder face won a tournament 2017 using Akuma. LoL

Tokido's actually a really nice guy IRL, it's just that he loves that feeling if Akuma

Angrybird has mained multiple characters, but got known for his Zeku in SFV and later his Ken in SF6. Meanwhile, Tokido has been known as THE Akuma since 2008 in SFIV. Only losing that title to INFILTRATION from 2012 to 2015. Also, Tokido didn't win "a tournament in 2017" for SFV, he won a total of 14 with Akuma as a main from 2017 to 2021 before he switched to Urien and later to Luke.
