Edmonton and Calgary are actually getting really close in size! As of 2021: Calgary is 1,543,283, Edmonton is 1,468,926. Only about 75k difference now.

Thank you for this video. I'm surprised you haven't mentioned Edmonton mall, the University of Alberta and virtually little or no land transfer tax. I discovered this when looking at moving to Edmonton. Which upscale areas with very good/new schools would you suggest in the 550 to 650k range close to amenities?

For more information about child benefits and things of that sort, you can check out the government of canada website! Edmonton is a great city for families, and is comfortable and economic!

Sadly our city requires a vehicle to get around its quite sprawled and transit isn’t the greatest here
