I always go solos;
I always land unnamed locations with just enough loot (and if I see someone go there as well, I always backout and somewhere safer, because in arena, even just one person landing with you is too risky (speaking of which, never land risky, there's always gonna be someone there));
Rotate to every single safe zone early and to the center (excluding some end game rotations, which I don't go to center)
I don't engage anyone if I have a long way to go, I just try to stay away from most people, unless I really need an impact frag because I'm low on mats or I have almost zero ammo;
I always shoot at people that are rotating late/being focused;
I third-party only when I'm sure I can kill them, for example, if I hear them both getting cracked, if they're both in the storm taking a lot of damage, and if I don't have to rotate or other people waiting to do the same, because most of the times you third-party, you end up getting killed by them or by someone else;
Always play for the placement points, because if you can survive a long time, let's say, until top 5, even with no kills, you'll gain a lot of points, without risking it all just for 20 points per kill.
Anyway, hope I helped you guys, and remember: if you want to gain points in Arena, play passive, because if you want to train W keying and landing hot drops, you can always do it in regular solos!

convenient I have 3800, haven’t played in a while though and most of the time I’m with my friends so I haven’t played that much, but these tips are gonna help you in any occasion, unless you have really low points then you can rush everybody since you don’t lose any points
The thing is that landing hot drop in pubs doesn't help with wkeying in arena. It's not the same skill base and doesn't make you a significantly better player.
Bad advice Imo you shouldn't back down for your own drop instead Learn your drop and make a loot route, if you loot more effienctly you should have more loot then your enemy and if your enemy hasn't made a loot route as well your opponent is a free big pot

December 2019 was my favourite era of Fortnite. It may have been really short but it was back to back good stuff. Daily presents, snowballs, amazing skins. It was pure quality.
I am a player how plays it safe but goes 3rd parties fights when the victor is weak and finishes them off. I think that is good cause I get placement points and kill points
Bananastbtw 9 yes it smart to avoid 50/50 fights and to only fight when you have an advantage like high ground, more health, etc.

Usually in arena I would just not be aggressive and try to get points but recently I mostly just try to get elims. But I am not always great at it.

Hey, so i always get pushed in mid game, and it always JUST SO HAPPENS to be a mobile player and I get either double dinked or triple dinked. So for when i only get double dinked and I'm still alive, idk how to flip the fight around and make myself the aggresser. Can you make a video on that subject?

@@kousakabeans switch players are garbage, mobile aim assist isnt even good, and controller aim assist is so much better compared to mobile aim assist

Inbetween, after a few games I get bored but that's because it's so easy to get to end game in arena. But I like to do it to practice ahead of the cash cups then have the odd W key games

I am kind of a player that prefers to play aggressive, but if it is a stupid fight where me and my opponent would die, I do not take the fight. :)
Guys go insane early game because you will scare people and they will make mistakes I do it in arena and go into mid game with atleast 5 kills, then you have good loot and can chill and get ready for endgame 😁
I love to play a bit agressive in the first 2 zones but after that i'm boxing up and getting some kills from players rotating

My playstyle is very aggressive cuz like u said i dont want to get bored and im W keying everyone but sometimes if its need i Play safe but i prefer w keying
Aight boys I may not be the most experienced competitive player as I have no earnings, my highest solo placement is only 161st in the summer smash but the best way to get higher points is to get 2 or 3 kills off spawn if you feel like you have the ability to and then play for placement and when it gets to endgame try to pop off, when it’s mid game try to place yourself on a higher elevation that’s closer to the middle of the circle, hope this helped

Video suggestion: How to read minds in fights.
I am player who play defensiv. I always get the top 25 and top 15 points. Then I have 90 Hype and the next points are on top 5. This is very difficult. So I push the people on rotation.
When I plead I’m a tournament depending on the time I will w key but mainly passive
how many people is usually left in end game? like 10 or more?
If I can get the kill l, I'll go for it (for example, if I get a good laser, or if they're in or finished with a fight) but if I'm on the other end or the player is better, then Ill sneak past

Fight off spawn if contested, Avoid mid game fights. Try to only fight later on for impact frags.
im passive aggresive only engaging when i need a impact frag or if im just thirsty for kills but otherwise i just play passive
For arena I play passive and ill only play aggressive if I really need to
I straight w key in pubs just push everything but play a little smarter in the end game but in arenas and cups I play for placement and tags
I only push midgame and late depending on the tourney its smart because you have good loot and mats and it's the easiest time to get easiest kills

Play safe all the way! You need to go for placement points if your not the best player. If your one of the better players than you should pick off people from high ground.
I'm tryhard but not too good so I usually 3rd party fights and go for placement. I also am in division 5 contender league.
I play pretty much only scrims so zone rules forbid me from playing anything but early and late
