I live here in the Netherlands as well, born and raised. Spijkerpoepen is an old Dutch game that was played during childrens birthday parties, just like 'koekhappen' and 'spijkerbroekhangen'. If you don't know any of these things, you're not a true Dutch person or you had a very crappy childhood.
