"Felipe, Fernando is faster than you" is 2010 version of "Valtteri, it's James"
It is true both Alonso and Hamilton a better drivers than Bottas and Massa, so that makes it the more unfair and kills the sport when they get priviliged in the few cases when their teammates have an edge on them. I am a huge Schumacher fan but same goes for him back in the days as well. An he would have taken both the 2001 and 2002 title without Barichello letting him pass by in Austria.

Back when McLaren won races, Renault were in with a shout, Hamilton fighting for track position. So much has changed in the hybrid era.
2009 through 2013 were terrible for Lewis, it was fun seeing him drive uncompetitive cars.

@@itsduracell9851 2009 definitely wasnt a good McLaren car but 2010-2012 they had either the fastes or 2nd fastest car on the grid and in 2013 with Mercedes he had either the 2nd or 3rd fastes car on the grid i cant remember, the reason why he didnt do as well in those years is bc unlike now with Merc, McLaren had inside team troubles that hindered onto pitstops and strategies that caused lewis to lose either Time, track position, or race results

Shame on Alonso for being Alonso, and shame on Massa for accepting and signing a contract that imposed that to him.
IIRC #2 status was not actually stipulated in Massa's contract until 2011, despite #1 status being directly mentioned in Alonso's contract (Montezemolo being Montezemolo...) AND Santander's sponsorship being directly tied to that. It's pretty laughable when you think about it.

For a while they did give us a kind of radio review with the post race highlight video where they'd add in on boards and other bits of footage we didn't see live and they'd add extra radio messages we didn't hear. Then they stopped doing that....

@@vishwasbabu6417 it's normal to just not be a fan of someone/something. There are many things I'm not a fan of for a variety of reasons, mostly just because there's something I prefer more. But in the end there's still to admit those things are hella good too

Rosberg and Massa were in for the first few races, Massa was out after Germany, Button out on the pre last race, and Hamilton Webber Alonso on the last race.

TheOPDood No. I started seeing F1 from the late 70’s. And about the video, I completely disagree with that opening. This guy represents everything that I dislike in as a sportsman and as a man. After what he did back in his days with Renault is unforgettable. I would never understand why he got away with it. The team principal Briatore was banned from F1, Nelson Piquet Jr. ruined his career and reputation. And yet Mr. Whinning was left untouched. Maybe Santander sponsorship had something to do with it.

The Hamilton haters always just completely ignore every single element of bad luck or circumstances that go against him during a race weekend.
McLaren made him do a pit stop that he didn't need to do and he lost places to his rivals because of it. He should have been chasing JB for the win, not fighting with a bunch of guys that he was already ahead of before being told to pit.

Russel thrashed him every other race. It's obvious Russell won the match up, points are irrelevant here. Robert Kubica, today, is a trash driver with minimal talent. It's just a fact. And I am not a fan of Russell or Kubica. Just stating facts bruh.

@@tamahawk175 No, rather Lewis already on slicks in P3 hounding and all over the back of Kubica being pitted for another set of slicks, losing positions to the Ferraris as a result and finishing P6 instead of P3 or even a likely P2, because the team made a strategy error and didn't ask him about the state of his tyres.
In years the Australian Grand Prix hasn't been this exciting. I really hope for some rain the first race to start 2020 with a great race!

Sounds unpopular to say it but I say 2013,2017 and 2018 were exciting in the sense of tactical battles but what you say is true tho
@@chanchaniceman 2017 had 1 overtake all race. Pit stop races without on track overtaking are not exciting races
2010 the race wasn't the first race. It was a month later which pushed it into Australian autumn therefore making wet race more likely.
