Hands down the best tutor / sensei!!! Love your energy Chris, so inspiring!! A month on your channel and learned more than the past five years DIY The Utility Template is ACE!!!!!!!!
Man, that's your best vid ever ! Really loved how much authenticity you putted on it. And of course, the production was good, as the advices, as always :)
@@s1gns0fl1fe I must say that your vid gave me inspiration. Not the music you made but the energy you putted on your video. I hadn't any inspiration since I made my last track last month and it finally came back, thanks to your energy :)
Hey there! I recently found and subscribed to your amazing channel. Think I was searching for 'Downtempo Ableton' I used to DJ Psybient / Psychill 10 years ago. So I recognised the name 'S1gns Of L1fe' immediately, as I played out some of your tracks. I used to dabble in music production 15 years ago, but now i'm back, almost as a beginner using Ableton. Love your videos, enthusiasm and knowledge, every spare moment I get Im rinsing through your videos. Although I'm looking to make a different style of music these days, I still think you are the best teacher out there. Producers like yourself and Martin Nonstatic and so on - will always have a dear place in my musical heart. Thank you so much for your channel.. you are the man!
There's an ambient sound that i've only heard one person able to recreate it, i dont know if its a drone or a pad but i call it a frequency pad/drone because it sounds like that, the first example of that sound is the entire song of "wyling - Always Never". can you see if you can recreate it i've been trying for years. The only one who does theese pads is a producer named Heath Stone
Been watching silently for a while but this question is eating me, I guess you have those EQ as default channel EQs but whats the point on those dips? Is there a resoning why those are there or just as a default to have something in place?
I've been asked to provide a track for a compilation which is of a variety of genres. I don't really fit into any genre (altho most people say my music sounds like boards or aphex only not as good) so i thought maybe I would do ambient for this. Need your channel to gimme some great motivation and inspiration.
Hey dude. This was lush! Listened to this in my living room with my stereo speakers and I'm really curious as to how you seem to get such a well rounded mix with seemingly not much mixing effort there. Did you master this afterwards? What kind of thing do you have going on the buses/master for it to just come together like that mid workflow? Defo gnna check out your patreon once i kit up on a couple more pieces of gear 😎
I use the Utility Template for Ableton Live. I have a video all about it here! Check it out: ruclips.net/video/DJqt7PT7O3M/видео.htmlsi=d35hQ23-fhK1gfmW
@@s1gns0fl1fe I purchased this a couple of years ago it was a gamechanger for me 🙂 Learnt so much from it too. Just looking to refine the buses etc, all work in progress 🙂 Thanks mate!

What happened to the Focal cans? Are you running Sonarworks?
I sat on my Focals lol! They never fit right anyway. Rocking the DT770 250's now. Way better.
@@s1gns0fl1fe DT770 are great. I've had my 80 ohm for years. Got on sale on Amazon as an open box.
Do you think you'll be getting a Push 3?
Man I sure hope so! One of these days...
