No it was the best vacation I’ve had really good hospitality and service they make you feel super important and I’m very attentive it was one of the best resorts that I’ve been to I would definitely go back so you’re gonna enjoy your trip and the wet and wild Excursion was well worth the money and you basically do 10 different things in one day so enjoy it

@@DoseofDaz Normally, carnival would take place during mid July annually but because of Covid, there has'nt been any carnival since July 2019.Hopefully it would come back in the near future.

Hotel is beautiful very much worth it but it has a major seaweed problem, it’s not specific to this hotel it happens to a lot of coast lines in the Caribbean but there was just too much seaweed and too many rocks to properly swim on the beach front so we had to go to a different Beach for a day.

I’m so sorry I don’t actually remember the name of the beach but it was about 10 minutes away from the hotel and the hotel reception gave us the recommendation so you can always ask when you get there
Is the seaweed problem at the beach a permanent problem or does it depend on the tide or time of the year. Don't want t g t a beach resort and have to drive to the beach.

I stayed on the adult side and yes it was only adults lol no kids and the nightlife was good Definitely have to go to the town to experience a club vibe if that’s what you’re looking for

@@travelbymrs.v3599 I’m not sure what it was called, but it was a white and blue aesthetic. All the restaurants were delicious and absolutely amazing so I would try all of the restaurants on the resort because they were all top-tier, but there was one in particular calypso i recall AMAZING
Absolutely, not to touristy but secluded enough to have an intimate feel- beautiful island , private, small but an calm and breathtaking getaway it’s truly an underrated gem - i went spontaneously not knowing much of the island just picked it quite randomly and i fell in love

@@ilovegreatbrands no it’s a beautiful hotel big enough for the guests to have space but small enough it starts to feel like home after a few days - you won’t get lost and no the beach isn’t a probably nice place to relax and sunbathe but the 3-4 infinity pools and hot tubs make up forever it also the island has plenty other swimmable beaches
It was a local spot that the tour group took us to I would try reaching out to the tour company and asking them specifically because it wasn’t in the main town area it was up in the mountains I’m not too sure

Adults were allowed all over the resort to be honest there were very minimal kids on this resort maybe some babies but mainly the people who come here are adults, there was a kids section that had a small water park and a park and trampoline for the kids but I don’t remember there being too many children when we were at the resort
When you talk about the restaurants being open to a "reasonable" time. I have no idea what that means. 7:00? 8:00? 9:00? But the main issue with the review (that makes it seem like they gave you a discount for giving them a nice review) is you just glossed over the fact that the beach was un-swimmable. I wouldn't go to a Caribbean resort and find out I can't swim at their beach but I can pay to travel to another beach and pay for a chair and pay for drinks and think "that's not really an issue".
