Also do you think ist necessary to Buy new Arcade Stick too or is it enough to Change the lever + buttons After 5 Years using ?

Speaking of silent arcade stick parts, there is an arcade stick from Hori called the Hori Real Arcade Pro V Hayabusa Silent and it has all silent hayabusa parts installed into it. You should review it.

Have you seen that 2nd Impact JLF PCB that uses MX switches? I've been really curious about that.. And have you tried the Omron (D2RV) reed switches? They have a levered actuator version for K levers too. *Edit: I think the Sanwa silent stick uses the reed switches.

I just bought one but unfortunately their lever is not compatible with a Nacon Daija. And i asked for a 1.lb spring ( the same on a standard Sanwa JLF) but that thing is stiff as fuck.

I know this is rather late to the party but I use a bitbang shuriken v2 with ommeron D2RV-G silent reed switches in an otto v5. It's been a great stick
