I feel like I'm going to break at some point and I'm honestly scared of what will happen when I let it all out.

Try to write down your feelings - later re-read to further understand yourself. If not, perhaps verbalize to a therapist, and ask for suggestions ( You may have to try more than 1 or 2 before finding a therapist with whom you click. ) And do tell and show your dad your love and appreciation while he's still alive. "Mr. Incredible can only take so much" hit me hard cuz im the type I hold in my emotions to be strong for others just like my grandpa's and my dad but after watching my grandparents and my mom pass away and now seeing my dad who is my hero struggle with dementia it's becoming harder and harder to hold in my emotions. I feel like I'm going to break at some point and I'm honestly scared of what will happen when I let it all out.
I feel for you. It's really okay to feel for yourself too, and about others also. So many men of yesteryear regret not expressing their love for their loved ones. Try to write down your feelings - later re-read to further understand yourself. If not, perhaps verbalize to a therapist, and ask for suggestions ( You may have to try more than 1 or 2 before finding a therapist with whom you click. ) And do tell and show your dad your love and appreciation while he's still alive. You'll be happier that you did.
Take care of yourself ~ you only have this one life to figure things out, and improve upon the past.
